Sherpa International 10min From Mall Road

Great Staff, Great food. Close to main Market yet peaceful. Mr. Nitesh Chettri manager is a very good person, guided us to all tourist spots.

Its a newly renovated property and the staff are friendly and courteous. The manager Nitesh Chettri was always available at a phone call. Mall road is around 20 minutes walk away. My room had a panoramic view of Kanchenjunga. Basic amenities are available and maintained.

Property is good but the location is far from the prime location, it took around 20 mins from the mall road to reach there by walk, food options are less. Rooms are good but very cold what i feel. Overall average.

This is one of the worst hotel of darjeeling in this price range. They don't have the will to serve, manager lady receptionist is very rude as if she is giving service at free of cost and same attitude and body language are inculcated to their room service and restaurant staff. Location is on the dead end of gandhi road where no cab comes in to pick up and drop as the road is one way and that can has to go 8 km straight to take u turn towards, for that reason cabs either can will ask for heavy charges just for drop to darjeeling mal or else simply they will deny to go. Rooms are very cold and clumsy bcz no direct sunlight falls on this hotel. A big no for their attitude, service and at the last the location

Location of the property is just awesome. It’s around 1km from mall road (walkable time of around10-12 mins. View from the rooms are very good. Can see kanchenjunga clearly with darjeeling in the foreground. Staffs are really friendly and food is also nice. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

One of the good hotel from a short distance to darjeeling mall road by walk. Room service very good, foods very good, all staffs are helpful. Booked 4 rooms, all are ok but room 101 doesn't have any wardrobe, mirrors missing in some bedrooms & for wet clothes there is no hanging place it will require for long stay like us 4 nights.

First of all staff behavior is very rude and unfriendly. Water unavailability is the another main flaw. Thar hotel is almost 1. 5 km from mall and walking is the only option to reach the mall road.

A little interior from darjeeling mall. Accommodation is very good. Food quality is all right. Service and response from hotel management is reasonable.

I stayed in this hotel with family for 3 nights and overall experience was good. Hotel manager sachin upgraded my room without any extra charges. Pros - room and beddings were clean. Staff behaviour was excellent. They were very humble. Excellent furniture and bathroom accesories. Hot and cold water was available throughout 24 hours. Tea/coffee making cattle was available inside the room. Food was very delicious. Cons - my room's electicity mcb was loose as well as tv was not working and hotel staff was not able to fix it in 3 days. Staff was not available on the extension numbers given by hotel. In morning i had to search the hotel staff for any assistance. Hotel is located 1. 5km from mall road and no public transport is available so if you can walk this much then only go for this hotel.

Staff was excelent, but maintenance was too poor, carpenter did'nt came in four days to repair the door lock in one of our rooms.

Hotel is little away from main center. No lift, even reception is also in 3rd floor. Staff and property owner are good.

Their staff are very cooperative and supportive, food is also good. Location is little bit far from mall road.
