Shikara Beach Resort

Rooms were good neat and clean. We had an attached terrace from where we could get a beautiful view of the entire place all greenery around. Resort is very beautiful and the swimming pool is well maintained. Only one bad thing we came across is one old lady u can say a snobbish lady (i dunno who she is but claims to be the owner of one of the villas) who spoke very rudely to us just coz we entered the pool at around 8 pm coz we missed reading the instructions on the board. What i felt is she could have told in better manner but she went hey wire without any reason. We kept quiet coz we felt it was useless to talk to a donkey like her. Apart from this rest everything was good. The staff is very polite and the complimentary breakfast is awesome all hot tasty and delicious.

Property is quite big and well managed. Only property has limited staff. But the staff is very helpful and hardworker. Property should increase there staff considering property. Also don't like food which we ordered from resort, first food came after 1. 30 hr. And that also not that good and half cooked. Looks like they carried food from outside restaurant. Rooms are quite big but resort needs to maintain furniture and electronic equipments. Ac was not working well, Shikara Beach Resort premises is quite safe to family.

I travel-led with my parents and it is recommended for family stay. The front view is cool and pretty. The property is amazing, offering a number of stay options like deluxe room, suite and villas. Very near to the beach. There is a nice restaurant superstore. Highly recommended property. And yes the contact number won't work if you are calling the front desk. However they will provide you cell phone number for room service. The staffs are helpful and very nice people. There is everything available just ask about it.

Loved my stay. They let me choose my room. The mattress was great. It was spacious and homey. The garden is full of boaganvilla plants and is super pretty. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Good location. For people writing bad reviews yall need to check your attitude at the door, because you have some seriously unrealistic standards for places at this price point. Go stay in a 5star resort if your a freakin uptight princess. Have a nice day

Comfortable place for family vacation. Good budget. Ideal for family who wants to spend more time outdoors. They have a nice swimming pool. Actually two pools. The bigger one needed some maintenance but the other one was quite good and fun. Breakfast is decent. Location is excellent because of 5min walk to cavelossim beach. Good restaurants walking distance. Decent staff and helpful

we had a relaxing, rejuvenating, holiday at shikara. Quite,peaceful location, very near to the beach, with Sal river in background. Suite was spacious, but requires maintenance and better service as intercom was not working. Breakfast was average, no restaurant facility to dine in. Staff were friendly. Pool was clean. Overall, a monsoon trip to remember.

We loved every bit of our stay at this beautiful place. The staff is nice and helpful. Food is super amazing and very cheap as well. The ambiance is great. They have 2 swimming pools. Beautiful place. The only small drawback was that there were jo jet showers in the washroom. But even that was not such a big issue. I'd rate the property 9.5/10 stars.

i visited Goa for a conference. so i needed Shikara Beach Resort for only night stay as full day i would be busy in conference. overall Shikara Beach Resort was near to my location. facilities were enough for a single person. though it needs more cleanliness specially from cockroaches and mosquito. overall good. Breakfast was good.

Worth it for money, good garden, swimming pool and spacious room

Resort is very good, quite green with lots of trees even around small pool which provides shade while swimming during day time, location is near to beach and above all staff is very supportive, try to help in all ways, like we requested for late checkout nearly 6 hrs and they supported well. Thanks for this nice gesture!

Best thing about shikara is the good nature and softness of their staff. Also rooms are of decent size with good interiors

Decent Shikara Beach Resort in South Goa to stay, they have villas also with good location access to beach is near by to the Shikara Beach Resort.

This is one of nearest stay 400m to colleuseum beach. Good and safe for families. Pool and part of resort was closed. Staff is helpful. U miss restaurant over here, instead u will find few chairs and tea table placed in reception area. Deluxe room on 1st floor are gud for families.

The location and Resort is very good but the restaurant food can be slightly better.

Rooms are spacious and very cleanly maintained and all appliances and fixtures are in excellent condition. Very friendly and good staff courtesy. Small but simple and tasty breakfast. Cool sit out for morning tea and coffee. Well maintained pool.
