Shimla Havens Resort

Lot of research was done to find a good Shimla Havens Resort and I think it turned out to be right choice as the staff was very friendly and helpful. Honestly I'm so happy I found this Shimla Havens Resort. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The room was lovely, super clean and fully equipped with all the amenities. Reception was very helpful in guiding us for any query. Bathroom with shower was very clean and fully equipped with all the necessary needy things. So happy with our stay that we were sad to leave . Overall we had best stay ever in Shimla in so many years and definitely we will be back there and recommend this peace of heaven in Shimla to everyone else. Special thanks to M.M.T for making my trip a most memorable one and special thanks to Mr. Rakesh Kumar, waiter by profession, serving us as a captain who attended us gracefully.

The stay at the resort was just perfect. 5 out of 5. Food, hospitality was awesome. We reached before our check in time and no extra charge they applied. Also three adventure activities were given complimentary to me apart from my husband. It snowed heavily and resort and it's surroundings looked beautiful all white, and on Sunday we had to catch our train, so Shimla Havens Resort staff helped us get to summer hill station by carrying out luggage and guiding us throughout, also helping my four-year-old daughter in snow walk to station along with me. Overall, it was a perfect vacation for my family. I would definitely recommend this amazing resort for getting warm and awesome hospitality by the staff and great food prepared by chefs. Kudos.

One of the best resorts i have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer, especially vijay, one of the staff members. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. The resort is located a little far from the city, but they provide a pick and drop facility till the main street. My stay here for 3 nights in which i enjoyed the Shimla Havens Resort amenities like children park, evening sigdi with my family and ipl's first match on the projector’s big screen. They also provide adventure activities on a chargeable basis. I definitely think this review will help you to make the right choice.

This is really place to stay with family. Food quality is excellent. If someone is going by his own vehicle and not comfortable to reach the location then they provide the facility of driver to drive your vechile from summerhill station to shimla haven resort. The resort is located few kms from the city but is free from hustle of the city and the surroundings are beautiful and green. When we visited, there were few guests hence, buffet was not available but food quality was good and the staff customized food items as per our request. The property is clean, green and the gardens are beautiful. The property is safe for families. Staff members like mr. Tej ram and mr. Ishu pal are very courteous and are always keen to help.

I found the Shimla Havens Resort through make my trip app and booked it, the booking process was very simple and the Shimla Havens Resort got booked in a few minutes. The 1st day of dinner, a few items were not good and the location of the Shimla Havens Resort was away from the city. I didn't receive the correct bill like tax break up as the tax amount shown by makemy trip is higher than provided by the Shimla Havens Resort. Issue not resolved yet

Hotel amenities are good, nice greenery view outside from the Shimla Havens Resort room. Especially staff is cooperative. We had an health problem in early morning, Shimla Havens Resort staff, reception and especially driver vijay helped us to reach to Shimla Havens Resort, and he was with us during all incident. He is very supportive person, god bless him and we want to thank him through this platform.

Located at Lower Summer Hill Road. This Shimla Havens Resort is away from the busy streets of Shimla like Mall road. Service by the staff is excellent. It has a badminton court, indoor games like carroms, TT table and a small gym. Breakfast menu covers North and South Indian varieties, lunch/dinner could have been better by including South Indian varieties.

Everything is fantastic location and nice view from Shimla Havens Resort room balcony, amazing food and staff behaviour is great. Even I check in early morning they don't take extra charge and also drop me near station after check out without any charge. Overall amazing trip.

It was a good and memorable stay. Hotel staff was very helpful and service was too good as well. There were some indoor games and badminton to play. For sure, would visit again and recommend to other people.

The best resort in shimla to stay, you can enjoy the beautiful view of valley from the rooms. The staff was too supportive and well mannered even at night also if you ask for water they provided. Food was also good and most important very hygienic place.

It was a wonderful experience. Reaching to the Shimla Havens Resort is tough as there is steep rest. A very experienced driver can drive down to the Shimla Havens Resort, the normal driver will face issue reaching Shimla Havens Resort.
