I had a pleasant stay in this Shimla holiday inn. The Shimla holiday inn is on national highway, so there is no problem with transport, you can come by city or interstate bus. The Shimla holiday inn has been constructed newly, cleanliness can be slightly better. I had just one meal (dinner), which was awesome. Staff is friendly and helping, they can also pick you from bus stand in case you couldnt locate the Shimla holiday inn. Also I have been lucky enough to get a upgrade from semi deluxe to deluxe room .. Overall good experience.

The Shimla holiday inn is near to mall road about 5 km. The staff is good and helping. The room service is good. Also quality of room is good. The only problem we faced was to locate the Shimla holiday inn as there was no board bearing the name of the Shimla holiday inn. We had requested for a car to go around which the staff readily arranged. Overall it was a good experience

Hotel was nice rooms were spacious and it was on perfect location it's just only 2 km from Mall Road Shimla. Hotel doesn't have good services but rooms were very awesome. Hotel does not provide their own food
