My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay. The food was delicious and offered good variety. The location was convenient and made it easy to travel around. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is just on the beach side. Midway between Calangute and Baga. The swimming pool is clean and hygienic. Prime location. The rooms are maintained. Only demerit is the entrance from the road. The way is narrow.

The room hasn't been cleaned for three days.

Though have been to goa many times and been partial to many properties too but this place took my heart…location is just perfect as in left is pool and right is beach…you dont need a scooty or bike to go to calangut or bagha beach…food is just awsome and most importantly warmth and hospitality…its incredible…we stayed in luxurious wooden cottages we 3 had a great stay…definetly going to come bck….

It was an overall ok experience .The cottage is big and has walking access to beach.I found the room charges lill on the higher side , else overall an okayish stay .

Didn’t receive any extra services at all. The extra bed was supposed to be free, but they still charged us ₹3,500 — not even drinking water was provided. Also, don’t be misled by the photos on MMT; the hotel looks nothing like them in reality. Not recommended at all — the place is completely overpriced.

The resort denied my check in and asked to call as if they didn’t booking info. Took about 45/60min to reach customer care. It revealed the amount hotel will receive from not as they agreed. Why the guest suffered by waiting an hour? I have regret this booking.

Great hospitality and the location was perfect! The resort was right on the beach. Loved our stay here and the rooms were really cozy. Maybe the food could have been better

The hotel management's behavior was disappointing, especially from one long-haired, bearded staff member. The pool was good, and the restaurant staff, including the chef, were also good. The food was decent, but overall, the hotel is not worth the money. With this budget, we could stay at Le Meridien or Marriott. I do not recommend this hotel for families.

Location is good and is the only thing good.. Furniture in our room was very old , doors were old.. bathroom tiles were yellow.. overall not worth the money they charge.. one can find much better resorts at same price if you ignore the beachside location

Entry road to this property is very narrow. Only one car can somehow pass through this narrow lane. Maintenance of room requires to improve. Behaviour of nightshift reception desk personnel is extremely bad and rude. Quality of food is satisfactory and the serving staff was very cooperative. Best thing in this resort is closeness to the beach.
