Hotel is good and cozy. Was expecting balcony and view of mountains as shown in pictures. But wasn't there so a bit disappointed. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Toiletries are taken care of along with hair dryer which is the best part. Location is really good. Staff is very good and helpful. Breakfast is bit disappointing. Since its 4 stars I expected a good spread with choice of omelette and sausage. They give just boiled eggs. They need to work out on breakfast spread. I will give it 4 star.

The SHINKHAM GRAND has reopened under new ownership and so there are some initial problems but the attitude of the staff is very good. They are always smiling and cooperative. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and cleaned daily if the guest requires it. Mattress is comfortable. The view from the valley facing rooms is excellent and snow-capped mountains can be seen. Recommended.
