Shirar Resort and Spa (A Truly Riverside Resort)

Property is good but quality of service and break fast is not good as expected. Service staff needs to be appropriately trained.

I don’t have a lesser rating option else i wud have chosen that. Terrible !No room cleanship despite reminding . Flies all over. I had to ask for an electric bat eventually. Hot water was a huge evolution which took hours to resolve.The owner i hope reads this and puts in measures else his staff is hell bent to bring this property down. The staff behaviour is good but everyone is lousy and lost. Rooms are nothing short of nightmare. WiFi was putrid and AC was miserable. The room was terribly shabby and no efforts to clean it despite reminding eventually the staff just have a blank statement u didn’t tell us to clean so that’s about it !!Furthermore despite doing booking and paying up whilst checking out they came up with some 4000 charges pending and wasted my time during checkout. Thanks to MMT customer care the issue finally was resolved and i didn’t pay but it was total unprofessional and chaos . My sincere request to travellers pls steer away. Rest upto u.

I recently stayed at this property and while the overall ambiance is peaceful and the location is quite good, there were a few major concerns during my visit. The most significant issue was the air conditioning. It was not working in our room at all. Even after we changed rooms, the problem persisted. We spoke with other guests who were facing the same issue, so it seems to be a widespread problem throughout the property. Another inconvenience was the lighting in the room. It was excessively bright, making it difficult to get proper rest, especially at night. Additionally, the alignment of the toilet pot in the bathroom was quite high, which made it uncomfortable to use. On the positive side, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the food served was decent. With a few improvements—especially addressing the AC and bathroom issues—this property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

I have 3 booked 3 rooms, and the AC wasn’t working well in any room. After repeatedly complaining there was no solution from them, and at last General Manager said why didn’t you check out 1st day when you found our AC wasn’t working well.

hotel rooms are nice but buffet was not so good as it is a expensive stay but variety is not there near by no place for hangout if yu are going from bus it is very tough to manage they provide taxi very much expensive he took 5thousand from us only for two places in kulllu visiting yes it is a expensive stay yu can choose any other famous 5star stay not so worthy

Really poor service & over rated. As compared to prize vs service really poor one. No buffet was there we have to wait for food for 1-2 hrs. AT LAST PLZ AVOID

our stay was average as a family. The restaurant is too expensive compared to competitors. An order for 4 Tea and a berad butter was massive 1200 rs. Location is good and room are larger. overall average stay

Super place to stay. Very conformable. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Memorable stay. Location is very nice. It's on riverfront and accessibility to manali is very easy. The spa and swimming pool is awsome add on during vacation. Overall the place is very happening and interactive.

The property's location and rooms look is the only good thing about the resort, i booked 2 rooms, in which the minibar/mini fridge was mentioned in the amenities list but it was not there in the rooms, upon checking with the management they simply denied by saying it's wrong listing, swimming pool had no water, we had to ask for even towels, water, menu for the rooms, nothing was there when we checked in. Also the management doesn't seem to give any concern over customer service. Service should be improved and how they handle customer queries.

Owner of this resort is kanjus because when i want towel staff say coming from laundry please wait when i want ice cream reply me no stock even then in breakfast shortage of bread butter puri dos a even then tea in room no soap shampoo etc if you need then demand cheap service i can say in punjabi kanjussa da hotel

One of the best properties near manali secluded one with very good neat and clean specious rooms. The river view is amazing nothing can beat that. They have play area where you and your kids can enjoy. Very nice and supportive staff

Short in staff and very expensive food, new property but are preferred for marriages, location is good
