The staff is amazing. They let us check in at 5.30 AM. Food is just scrumptious. walking distance to the famous landmark stepwell.

Talking just about the stay, we stayed in the super deluxe room and the stay and rooms were very good. The washrooms were also clean and big. The reception is very responsive for anything you need and will arrange you transport if you need it planned. The auto stand is also just 20mts from the hotel. The main reason to pick this hotel is it's location being very center and near to everything, the blue houses, sunset place, palace, Ghanta Ghar and shopping. The actual location of this stay might give you a hint of doubt when you visit, this is in the old city and very near to Ghanta Ghar and the cleanliness of the roads are very questionable and during rains they do become pathetic. But this has nothing to do with the hotel. Also the property is not reachable by car, your cab will only go till the Ghanta Ghar and from there the property manager/owner will arrange you auto from his side to get you to hotel which is very good from the hotel side when you are visiting for the first time. Also the restaurant in the hotel, I'd not recommend it alot just because of the taste, but the basic stuff like jira rice and dal, breads are fine. They infact went out at night and got us cold drinks when they didn't have it available. From the stay perspective if you want something near Ghanta Ghar I'll absolutely suggest this hotel.

Our stay at Limra desert camp was good. Food at breakfast and dinner was decent. They offer package rides for Jeep safari and camel ride which we found to be expensive and you will need to bargain. Cultural programs in the evening was splendid.

Clean rooms, excellent hospitality and food. The Shiv Hari Thali is a must try. also try gatte ka sabzi...we likrd it very much. just be mindful the apptoach road is narrow due to heritage location.

My experience was so excellent in this hotel. The hotel staff were good and the food was also delicious.

Location is very good. In centre of city so everything is very approachable. Only problem is parking, if you’re going by your own car, you won’t have parking space due to stiff streets. Only two wheelers can enter.So you need to park it around 1 km from the hotel and take an auto to reach the property.

Location is inside. Which was not highlighted much. Room was small after saying got a bigger room. Staff polite but lot of mismanagement with food with lot of communication gap. Honestly they charged like a 3-4 star property but amenities were like 1 star. Not at all value for money

This hotel is situated near the clock tower, nayi sadak, jodhpur. You can find it easily through make my trip or on google map. Hospitality was absolutely good. The rooms are pretty good and clean.

Raj and shrawan ji were very helpful at shiv hari heritage. Felt very homely. Rajsthani thali is a must try. They were very helpful and mr soni even took me to the famous ghewar shop which i wanted to take for my family. Best time at the hotel with all the amenities. Highly recommended.

Shiv hari heritage, i got this hotel just by chance, but this is the best hotel i have stayed and the hospitality i received. The owner vinay is very humble and very cooperative, these people gives you very beautiful rooms and bery aesthetic looked washrooms and their roof top cafe provides you the best food and tasty food. If i got a chances to visit again i will definitely stay here again. Cheers to shiv hari heritage and thanks

except for reaching location every thing is good. courteous and helpful. over all its a good property except for location its nearer to local bazar and fort which can be seen from top floor. nice experience 👍🏻.

Terrible location no one should stay there especially a family should not stay there, very bad service no parking facility available
