Good. Staff can be more polite but service is good ample parking space. Near tapovan market near nim beach

Was given a stinky room. Lights n geyser dont work. No lock inside room except the key which is given and anyone from outside can open the gate with a key lock. The owner is rude and yells if change is requested in front of other customers.

Not good very costly

Stay in shiv resort experience is OK OK they provide very basic breakfast i. E. Tea + butter toast not up to mark as per hotel charges and bathroom facility is also not up to that mark.

We had a small trip of rishikesh and stayed in shiv resort rishikesh from 11. 12. 21 to 13. 12. 21. Hotel amenities were good but approach road to hotel is damaged causing great inconvenience. Besides public transport facility to hotel site is not sufficient.

One of the worst hotel i have stayed in food given in breakfast quite good. Other then nothing to say as good in terms of service.

Owner was little helpful, but poor quality of linen, towels, bathroom. Room and bathroom are dimly lit, geyser malfunctioned in first room, got it changed.

Overall it was a nice stay in hotel, room was neat and clean, staff was behaviour was good and helpful. Location is good, peaceful but we searched initially as it was little inside without any signboard. Food is also good, tourist may try. I recommend to stay in this hotel.

Excellent hotel of this class . Newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best I have experienced Very nice hotel staff .

Generally I don't comment on make my trip, but this was important to share, please this hotel which shows in pics are good but reality is very bad No proper bed booked this hotel behalf of my parents after seeing the hotel picture but must say it's worst service till date No proper room No bed, No proper service every time we ask them to get water or any food they take minimum 50 min serve, No Response at reception, big NO No
