Room was not fully cleaned. & the main thing is they are providing hot water for bath only in mng hours from 6-10 am only. If we bath after that we should bath in cold water only. That too in that cold temperatures

you will get dirty bed and toilet. very poor.

Sir/madam hotel condition, cleaning, curtains, almirah, washroom are all old and dirty. Which price i book i seen never this type of hotel. Now the day. Even in ooty. Go and check then book your room. The peoples how stay next door us. Same room book in 1 days. Without my permission my room when i go outside. They open but inform. Its very terrible

The experience was good. The staffs are very helpful and special thanks to nagrajan the receptionist for his kind help in navigating the tour location. However the bathroom is not good and there is no room service bell or phone available. The images in booking photos are different than original

Very bad, reception not helpful. Dim lit room, bad ambience. Even after complaining there was no response.

Not well maintained. No proper water, no dustbin and all. Required a lot of maintenance
