It was a comfortable stay. Staff was very hospitable, and food was delicious. However, there were no activities to showcase culture like folk songs, dance etc Also, in a 48 acre property only 1 room was occupied ( by us) rest entire palace was unoccupied

This property is not worth the price tag. The property is not maintained, the food was average and the service was also so so.

Food amazing location amazing room service poor i complained about an issue with ac as after keeping it on fan mode the room was getting too cold. I explained everything to the person there and he said within 10 mts he is coming with a temperature controller but no one came and now i'm having a fever because i was not able to control the temperature.

Full royal rajasthan experience while our stay here. Luxurious property and amazing hospitality by the staff.

Excellent stay

I will summarize my review in 4 major points. 1. They charged me for extra bed as i request for bit bigger cot for my 2 year old daughter. 2. The hotel's occupancy was 25-30 percent (told by the staff as they failed to provide buffet due to low occupancy) but still they failed to proved two rooms on the same floor. 3. Server for wifi/internet was down. 4. Fungus on baby pool's corner as filtration system for baby pool was not working.

Superb luxurious stay with top notch hospitality. Strongly recommended for all who want a palacial stay with all modern facilities. It is at par with all top luxury hotels of india and abroad

The property is beautiful. Stay was comfortable. However the food was disappointing. There is no buffet available even though we included food in map plan. Staff was cooperative.

Guys be aware - i have booked for 2 adults and one child age 14and have paid for one night but at the time of check in the manager asked me to pay 3500 extra for the child which was not fair at all

Stay was okish. Restaurant services were good. But restaurant prices were very high. Overall one time stay ok.

Hospitality was very good, however the mood spoiled because of leakage issues in bathroom, water was gushing out from basin and spill over the floor. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Shiv villas is a very beautiful property with such incredible architecture and interiors. The facilities and services are also very good. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Food is also great. Overall, a very good venue for staying or for organizing parties/functions.

Service n staff not upto the mark

Excellent boutique hotel that reminded me of a old palace. Very nicely done interiors and walking area. They have huge lawns and probably rent them for marriage or other events. Staff was also friendly and cooperative and willing to listen to your needs and try to find the best solution. Food was below average. They need to play attention to the dinning area. There was a long wait for the breakfast and staff was not helpful. It was the same for dinner as well. Even though the hotel is not part of a big chain, but everything was of high standard, except the food and dinning area service.

We stayed there for second time to celebrate birthday of our little kids. Awesome experience, great hospitality, great ambience and palace like feel. Awesome breakfast and front desk and staff were awesome

This resort is brilliant in all

We booked 3 rooms, when we checked into the hotel, in one room washroom door got locked, the concerned person was called and he said that don’t close the door now as it won’t open again. Is this what we are expected to hear in a so called 5 star hotel( which is worst then rooms by the way) welcome basket was given in one room out of 3, when asked for they provided in another room( still not in the third room. When these issues were told at reception they asked us to change the room, and showed us the rooms which had no windows, we asked for an upgrade If that’s the issue, we got no response, when we said that one of us is a travel blogger then they took notice and upgraded after 2 hours( so they won’t do anything if you aren’t a travel blogger) in evening we came to know that half of the property is closed with no specific reason( which seems cost cutting) and when asked for we get no response. In dining area as well as in other areas no one is wearing masks and there is no facility for hand sanitation. That was not enough, in morning at 8 am when we go to take breakfast we are told that breakfast will start after 9 ( which we were not informed and the reason is of holi. And one of us had to leave at 8:30 so he leaves without breakfast. In all a very terrible experience.

Initially there was a confusion from the side of the hotel but then the staff handed the situation perfectly and make us feel special and made our anniversary memorable
