Shiv Vilas Resorts

I was looking to celebrate my Bday good place so decided to go Shiv Villas it is Jaipur Delhi Highway as we are going from Delhi, Jaipur is around 15KM from here. Hotel was booked but once you reach Shiv Vilas Resorts we need to pay IGST 28% to Shiv Vilas Resorts directly, I missed this point while booking though. We reached Shiv Vilas Resorts around 12pm and were given very warm welcome, we were treated with refreshing drink, flower garlands and Tika. Staff was polite and managers personally came and greeted us. We were escorted to our room, room was good, neat and clean and it has huge balcony. Mr Sanjoy gave us tour of Shiv Villas and explained how it was built and what all special things are there architecturally and otherwise. It was good tour and got to know much about Shiv Villas after that. In evening we used swimming pool, water was clean and I saw it is cleaned daily by staff. Costumes we asked from Shiv Vilas Resorts itself and they were provided at nominal price. We enjoyed swimming to full extent. My wife asked manager to arrange for dinner and cake for us, they did it very well and made the night memorable for us with candle light dinner and delicious cake. In morning also breakfast was good. Cons: There were few things which I personally didn't like 1. As we see in pictures of Shiv Villas on site fountains are working but in actual fountains are not operational. 2. Shiv Villas is having Central AC but it was not on and it was too hot to be without inside resort. Only Room AC was working. 3. There were mosquito in room because of which I could not get good sleep at night.

This is one of the most memorable experiences I would say that I had at shiv vilas. We reached in the evening by the time we reached I had already received 5 calls from the Shiv Vilas Resorts to ensure that everything is ready for us and they are waiting. The property is more of a modern palace than a 5 star Shiv Vilas Resorts or something. The theme of the Shiv Vilas Resorts is to make you feel like kings and queens and they lived up to it. They take care of the minutest details and everybody is there to make your stay at the property a memorable one. Definitely a must visit if you going and staying in Jaipur.

From the moment we entered the property, we truly felt welcome. Right from the darbaan to reception staff in fact the entire team led by the general manager was ready to assist you and was always available with a smile to make you comfortable. Its a magnificent property and makes you experience royalty. The staff at the dining hall needs lot of praise for their service and cheerful presence. Mr jay deep took pains to take us on a detailed tour of the property. Thanks shiv vilas team for making our 25th wedding anniversary a memorable one. The rating which I would like to give is excellent.

It was a wonderful weekend stay at this beautiful facility. From its proximity to Jaipur city and the quality service, everything was perfect. Rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Each staff of Shiv Vilas is very humble and generous always available for services and greeting every time they come across. Food was also very delicious and fresh. However, taking into consideration the portion size the food was very expensive. Management could look into this matter. Overall it was a pleasant and luxurious experience staying at this facility and I would love to visit this place again.

Immaculate- the staff was exceptionally nice including GM Chaco. The GM provide the tour of the resort and you must take that to realized the values of the resort. Entire resort used exceptionally high quality of marbles. Huge large lobby and relaxing areas with high end furnitures. The portraits, statues and other decorative pieces has real gems !!! The dining in the Sish Mahala signture room was memorable. Live music and live dance with multi national cufines. What a taste and selection of dishes, If you are in Jaipur, you must stay here.

If you want a feel of staying in a palace, this is where you want to be! Right from the magnificent entrance lobby and the lush green lawns to the royal furniture in the room and the vessel in which sauna is kept, everything has a royal charm to it. They are always open to customize the food as per your taste and the staff is super courteous.(sometimes a little too courteous!) Special mention of Pushpendra and Anaram for taking care of us at the Shahi restaurant! All in all, a great experience indeed!

It was a wonderful stay at Lohagarh, Neha the property Manager made our stay even more memorable by making special arrangements of cake and playing the DJ herself. We all pay for services but these extra gestures make our stay extra special. Breakfast was a feast and their hospitality was so polite and heart warming. Neha I would like to specially thank you again for turning my milestone birthday into the most special one. Ofcourse we can't wait to come back :) See you soon!

All the staff is very well-trained they greet you always with a smile, and genuinely try to help you out. The property is very new and still looks like an old palace in a good way. If you are doing a road trip from Delhi to Jaipur with your own car, this place is the place to stay at a perfect distance from Jaipur city, away from all the crowd and the hospitality is very good my wife and I didn't have a single request that wasn't acted on. All in all, a 5 on 5!

Complimentary breakfast had lots of choices for north, south Indians, continental and american food. Dinner was equally good especially Rajasthani cuisine Gatta curry, ker-sangri curry was awesome.
Standard rooms were really good. Really experienced palace stay. No crowd in July when we stayed. Palace tour was awesome. Lot of history and rich culture like gold plated paintings, art etc.

Rooms is so good and clean. Location is very good shiv villas is on the highway so easy to find. Greenery in this resort is so good and well maintained. Welcome on arrival is so good. Staff was so nice. Thanks to Mr. Joydeep.

Perfect resort for family stay and some exotic views of white stones and excellent facilities

It was great experience and amazing service. We will visit again. Property location is good. Breakfast was wonderful. Courtesy of staff is also good. We will. Come here again to stay in coming future and also we will plan to celebrate our next special day here.

Really nice Shiv Vilas Resorts, warm royal welcome and also royal checkout. Room is also gives us royal feel. And hall is extra beautiful I never seen like that really nice stay.

Nice food, nice staff especially Mr. Rameshwar and Mr. Supriyo Mondal, great ambiance, but not a single cartoon channel on their dish TVs, not a child friendly. I got a terrace beside my room also where monkeys used come.
