Helpful and well behaved staff. Nice room and even got upgraded to a double bed room without any extra charges. I had an interview in Chennai but unfortunately I forgot my belt for my formal clothes. He helped me arrange it without any trouble as soon as possible. Clean room and good bathroom. Best hotel you can get in this price range near chrompet. Plus the location is good as there are many good eating places and 5-6 shopping malls in walking distance.

Hotel room was clean and hygiene, ac was not working properly, every five minutes will switch off auto matically small, room was spacious, staff are supportive, break fast was good

The hotel location is right in the heart of the town. While checking in my expectations were rock bottom. I expected a tiny room with basic hygine but they outlived my predetermined notions. The rooms were clean and spacious. The reception staff was very courteous.

The property was well maintained and they were providing water bottles. Its in the center of the city near all-en solley shop and it's close to airport. I booked the room for 1800 rs which is reasonable

I was booked with bf included, but while check in the hotel refused to offer. I lodged complaint by email. But, no response so far. Poor after sales service. Please resolve my complaint first. Then i will decide whether to use makemy trip services or not.

Booked an ac room. Room was small and neat but saw some cockroache babies here and there. Toilet was also neat and clean. Lot of naphthalene tabs were kept in wardrobe due to which there was intense smell of these tablets in the room. Ac was working and good.

Hi. I found it just enough for an accommodation. As primary facilities are provided, it suits the economy class. So please keep the tariffs at the lowest rates.

The location is really great for both shopping and airport transfer. The hotel is just a block away from the highway. There are multiple clothing stores and restaurants nearby and can be reached on foot within few minutes. The airport is less than 15 minute drive. The rooms are clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The street to the entrance of the hotel is sometimes little congested due to vehicles unloading goods, but there is parking available on-site and staff was really helpful with the parking.
