Shivaji Residency

Hotel located very near to GST Road. Good vegetarian and Non-vegetarian Shivaji Residencys are around it. Railway and bus commuting are easily approachable. Cleanliness is very good. Only disadvantage is this Shivaji Residency has no Restaurant. We have to depend on Room service. Ample stilt car parking available in this Residency. Finally, Good to stay.

TV was not working and AC need to be replaced. It's very slow. But it was clean, better than other same budget Shivaji Residency. Bar is just in front of place. And everything is near to it. Local train or metro or bus stand. And there was no in room or any type of food service. So have to take care yourself. It doesn't worth it.

Room ambience s very nice. AC was good and lighting can be improved. Refrigerator was an extra good thing about the room. Room service alsogood. Tv wasgiven with dth for each room. And cupboard was also given. Really enjoyed the stay and would choose to stay there next timetoo.

Stay was comfortable. Very clean and good services. Location is great. mosquito bite is much. They should provide some menace measures. very close to airport. For food Balaji Bhavan is close by. While vacating at 4 am not much response from staff as they are taking rest.

Centrally located close to Chrompet Railway station and bus stand, this is a good choice for short stay. Facilities are good, the room is clean and comfortable, the staff is helpful and polite. The tariff is reasonable and would recommend for individual and family stay.

It was a good Shivaji Residency. We had to go there last minute to attend a function. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good value for money and clean. It is close to restaurants where you can get good food. Service was good. On the whole will recommend it.

Location and cleanliness are a plus for this Shivaji Residency. It's just opposite to A2B in chrompet. Rooms are a bit small in size though but it's good. Had to ask them to switch on AC as there was main control for AC which is managed by them.

A fantastic location to avail almost everything, starting from shopping experiences in nearby shopping centres, contacting good educational institutions, outstation journey from nearby Chennai International Airport etc. What else do you want?

Rooms, toilet and bathroom are very clean. Welcome kit also very useful.

Good place, nice place. Food is easily available in the nearest restaurants. Its near about 12 minutes from Chennai Airport.

I had booked this residency for my parents for their stay duration in Tamil Nadu. They liked it very much. The staff is very helpful, rooms are good and the cleanliness was on mark. Have booked it again for me till my work here is done.

It was a good stay rooms were clean and good. And there were lot of restaurants near by so you can grab the food of your type .. The only 1 thing was it was little costly 1500 for 1 day if it was around 1000 then it would be value for money
