familyI didn’t stay here they charged me in advance in time of check in they said our hotel is fully booked there is no customer support from mmt i travel with my family whole night we stay in car i want my refund or amount i paid in another hotel

First of all.I can understand ur issue bt vedpal ji,I had no prior notice or call from you that you are coming.You called me in the middle of the night at 3am abt ur travel plansI ws nt informed during the day that you are going alte night at 3am .If I had any idea abt ur late travel,the villa wuldnt hv been booked for someone else.So look forward to serve you next time whenever you in bhimtal nd hopefully we will be informed well in time about your travel plans.Thank you
