Situated in North Goa , this property is approximately 63kms from Goa International Airport and in Near proximity to Anjuna . The rooms were very clean with a stunning view of valleys and a serene ambience . Particulary for those who want to get away from the daily city hustle . This resort offers a wide range of activities including weekend open air DJ , BBQ and pool parties . During the stay , the staffs have been very co-operative and helpful including the owner who went out of his way to arrange transportation amd meals . The food quality including the internal environment of the resort has been unconditionally awesome . **NB- dont hire any self drive vehicle from "BHUMIKA TAXI RENTAL SERVICE" which is advertised just outside the resort . This taxi rental company scams the tourist in the name of security deposit . Its better to hire the self driving vehicles from any other agencies nearby . As per my personal experience , this rental service took the security deposit and charged an exclusively higher amount in the name of security and damage for all the damages done before . So beware before hiring . Except this , the overall stay was awesome .

I'm a tad surprised that it is rated, thought of, quite so highly frankly. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad film at all; I'd give it a 6.6 out of 10. It reminded me of The Sixth Sense & I'm again surprised that none of the many reviews I've read mentioned that. Personally I thought that was a better movie, lending great influence to this narrative, six years its junior.

The stay was amazing its in a quiet place with best amenities like pool, poolside restaurant and the staff is really helpful in every way possible. Had a great stay over the weekend. You'll enjoy the stay especially in the budget it comes in i would like to say its a steal deal. Its both couple and family friendly. The food is amazing too! nothing less than perfect

Very good experience to visit shivam bund all things are good, good tent services, both room are good, amazing food, music system food services and all staff members are cooperative yeah just swimming pool is not too good but its good for bathing.

The room is extremely neat, well maintained. A/C works perfectly. Swimming pool is well maintained, you get good food and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Laundry is also available. The place is affordable and neat.

It was a wonderful stay in goa. the location and the place is just amazing loved it the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable and the host is very friendly and corporative

I enjoyed my stay in this bnb. It was comfortable and no complaints i have. It was far from hustle and bustle of city life.

It's good Shivam Bnb but i just didn't like one thing that they didn't provide us any towels or soap shampoo anything. That's it everything else is good.
