Shivam Hotel

I stayed at Shivam Hotel, Pune, and while the amenities were satisfactory, my experience overall was disappointing. Frequent power cuts affected my comfort, and the staff support was below expectations. Despite repeated requests, drinking water was provided only once. The check-in process was delayed by 30–40 minutes, and both check-in and check-out lacked basic hospitality or courtesy. Moreover, the room I was given was located on the terrace and felt disconnected from the actual hotel, unlike what was shown on MMT. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations.

Rooms are good but could be maintained. Cleanliness is not at par. Hot water is available at specific timings only. No dedicated parking. However outside food is allowed

Delay Room Service, late checkin provided as already asked and confirmed early checkin, Bedsheets are smell really bad, There are only two things good about this place: (1) Nearby Railway Station, (2) Good Aesthetic Vibes on entrance.

clean and hygiene rooms, staff are very good, accessible to Pune Railway station at a walkable distance and yet situated in calm location, only problem is... hot water was not available in the wash rooms during the early hours and late evenings when we had dire need of it. anyway it is good hotel to stay with family members.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it is very close to Pune railway station. The amenities and services provided by the hotel were satisfactory and hygienic. I recommend this hotel for a family stay and have no negative comments to make.

The property shows significant signs of age and requires maintenance. The room exhibited considerable wear and tear, and several fixtures, including bathroom doors, furniture, and the geyser, were broken or outdated. Additionally, the breakfast selection was limited, lacking essential items like eggs and a live cooking station, and the inclusion of hakka noodles was an unusual choice."

Stay at hotel shivam is excellent, i stayed there for 2 night and three days with my parents, service, location, cleaniness, staff behaviour, breakfast, rooms, amenities are awesome. Will definitely stay at hotel shivam whenever i visit pune.

Its just 5 mins walking distance from Pune station, the location and surrounding is good. The room is a bit small and the service is average. Room itself is very average. Staff is cooperative. But as per the price, it could have been better. We reached almost 7-8 hours late than the check in time, but when we requested to allow 1-2 hours of late check out since our train was late and had aged mom with me, they denied despite most of the rooms being vacant. Not a worthy stay

The room was good. We didn't get immediate check in though. The manager provided alternate room for changing our dresses.

Shivam hotel is no doubt good hotel for staying. Rooms are neat and clean. The behaviour of staff member is vey well. Over and above the pune railway station is 3 minutes walking distance.

The stay was ok. Location is excellent. Early checkin available. Reception staff is polite. Cleanliness needs improvement. No electric kettle or mini-fridge in the super deluxe room though mentioned in mmt room details. Ground floor rooms are a bit cramped.

location is good... don't have an in- built restaurant for food.. breakfast is fine. Service is poor

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was within walking distance from pune station and shaniwar wada is also close. Many other prominent places are within 15-20 mins of driving distance from hotel

Nice hospitality in near pune railway stations and staff also treated nicely and served neat and clean

I stayed during ganpati festival, I travelled with my family, I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I book 3 rooms for my family and at the time of checking in afternoon we needed one more room but reception guy gave us 4th room in evening inspite of paying full amount for room, secondaly reception guy was very rude and not at all friendly with customer amd they are just seating for looting money from customers,in addition of that rooms were congested and very small, the only decent part was breakfat but I would not recommended this hotel to anyone specially avoid it if you are traveling with your family,I suggest try other hotels in that area.
