Property was good but washroom was not good it's need to revamp and also bed needs to be replaced as it makes sound and it is very weak

Sir, I had a booking a day before yours so I didn't get time to get the seat cover repair. And there was some work going on nearby, due to which there was dust in the room .We will take care to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Property is located at the city centre and they have provided parking as well. (just the lane where the property is located, bit congested but that the case with old city ujjain lanes. Rest stay was nice and comfortable. Host ayush is also well spoken and approachable.
