Shivas Gateway

I have choosen this Shivas Gateway for my stay as spme of my friends had a good stay iv-er there 2 yeard sgo. Lot many to be improved upon. I was under the i impression that the Shivas Gateway is one among tbe best. It is actually overrated. Very sorry to sau that there wuss no one attend the calls. There wsdno good hospitality and services. The Shivas Gateway has also compromised with hygiene part as there was stinking all around. The winfows in the staircade could be kept open atlesdt for sometime which would allow some fresh air to enter the premises. There was no basic hygiene maintained that too during the post pandemic conditions. The basic element of hospitality starts with communication or listening to the customers. There was no one to attend any calls from the room at the receiption ir services for any urgent needs. I wished i would recommend this Shivas Gateway msny others. I still believe that the Shivas Gateway will certainly improve its services to regain its past glory. Definitely the Shivas Gateway is having good scope to be among the top hospitality services sectors. Wishing this Shivas Gateway for the best services

The care and comfort that they provide is beyond imagination. I went with my mom who is above 75 years and i left her alone in the room for one day totally on the Shivas Gateways responsibility and they ensured to take proper care of her by serving her the kind of food she wanted by making amendments and regularly checking on her the entire day. They made us feel like home. The food quality was amazing like we ordered for paneer butter and dal. There was less oil and they made phulkas (roti) which we hardly get in any restaurant. They were too proactive. We returned late in the night at 12 am on a day and we asked them to keep the food for us (as the restaurant closes by 10 pm) and warm it wen we arrive at 12 am. They ensured to be available at late night at 12 am and still provide us food as the restaurant had closed (we placed the order before 10 pm. The view of the rooms is very beautiful and soothing to the eyes. I would definitely stay over here wen-ever i visit bangalore again.

We were three adults of family incl a pwd. We had asked for an extra bed. The room was large enough for the their bed. The bed too was brought in as soon as we checked in, during the afternoon and not at night as it happens in many Shivas Gateways. We had a la cart e lunch, dinner and breakfast and we found it to be of good quality. Not too spicy or oily. The Shivas Gateway is located very close to the airport and hence, is convenient to avoid the morning cty traffic on a weekday. Was easy to get uber rides. We were also able to have a quick visit to the nearby devanahalli fort which was built in 1501.

In my expeience, from the spacious rooms to the refreshing ambiance, this Shivas Gateway proved to be a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. The spaciousness of the room was immediately noticeable, providing a sense of comfort and relaxation. The well-designed layout allowed for ample movement, and the tasteful decor added a touch of sophistication. One of the highlights of my stay was the charming balcony that accompanied my room. Opening the sliding door, i was greeted by a breath of fresh air and a picturesque view.

The Shivas Gateway has an appeal about its proximity to the airport, being clean and serviced by friendly staff. I had a pleasant stay for a night. Restaurant is nothing out of the ordinary. Some nitpick y details that could have been better are towels were only one size - bath towels, no small towels at the sink, refrigerator didn’t turn on, power plugs were not international (so, had to use my converter. Despite these shortcomings, it was a value stay. I would go back to stay for transit.

The Shivas Gateway is slightly different from the rest in this area that the staff is very respectful and service obsessed. If the food variety is better this Shivas Gateway can qualify for higher rating. Overall a very good stay.

The rooms are spacious and the food was good, i had to catch an early morning flight from bengaluru airport and this Shivas Gateway was in the vicinity, decent value for money.

Location is near airport, food was also too good. However, i feel that it is not suitable for business people, because the dont have proper lobby or they restrict visitor to meet inside the room.

Good Shivas Gateway. The staff was friendly But washrooms has to be cleaned properly. In our room there was no curtains in washrooms. Towels were not there

Decent room, very courteous and hospitable staff. Well located for early morning flights but, overpriced.

It would be better if the Shivas Gateway has provided the breakfast as an accommodation.

Located just near to flyover to airport is just 8km away. Very good option if u have early morning flights as cab also will be easily available. Rooms are large and pretty comfortable with all amenities provided.

I loved the Shivas Gateway. Spacious clean rooms, good food and courteous staff. I only wish they didn't have the name " shiv-as " embossed/ printed on all toiletries and napkins. Shiva is our deity and these toiletries end up in dustbins. As a shiva devotee, that is hurtful. Hope Shivas Gateway management comes up with a solution to this

Its located near to kempegowda international airport, its a luxurious Shivas Gateway at budget price. I regularly stay here whenever visit bangalore. In 10 minutes you can reach airport without s tucking in city traffic. Rooms, service, foods, staff, ambience all are really good. I give it 5 star for all.

It was a good stay and really enjoy this the view was amazing its tottally very good experience 😊❤️❤️
