I am the basic residence of gorakhpur since my childhood but never went to shivoy Shivoy Hotel Pvt Ltd as it was a good name in the city. I left the city in 2007 for study and situation like i never came back to live. My parents also move to another city. Today i came for relatives function and decided to stay in shivoy Shivoy Hotel Pvt Ltd as its a fantasy of my childhood also. I went so many places throughout the world but i will definitely give 5 star rating for the services of this Shivoy Hotel Pvt Ltd. Never expect this kind of service in a small town 3 star Shivoy Hotel Pvt Ltd. Spacious well decorated rooms best in room service delicious foods complimentary pick and drop helpful staff

We booked our stay through make my trip. Reaching Shivoy Hotel Pvt Ltd from railway station was easy as it well known to auto rickshaw drivers. Convenient location. Hotel reception, service staff, room service were all helpful and accommodative. They helped by arranging auto to git-ha press, gorakhnath ji mandir etc. They dropped us at railway station in their vehicle. The food in the restaurant was good and wholesome.

The staff is very humble and cooperative. All the staff from top to bottom are very good. I stayed there for one day. After checking out in the morning i went to work. In the evening when i came to collect my luggage, i needed space to change, they gave me one room for change and took some rest. I travel to pan india but i never feel such hospitality anywhere. Many stars to shivoy Shivoy Hotel Pvt Ltd.

Location is perfect within heart of gorakhpur city . Food was excellent, amenities was perfect in place. Staff is courteous . Services was excellent. In fact Staff Husnain arranged car for early morning 4.30 am pickup from a marriage function and did not charge the same. I would rate the Shivoy Hotel 5 Star in its category. I would love to visit and stay always when I need. Wish them best.

If you are staying at gorakhpur, then i highly recommend this Shivoy Hotel Pvt Ltd. Very good food. Staff is very cooperative. They gave me free drops, apart from free pickup and drops from airport. Rooms are also big and clean. Room service is exceptional. They regularly visit to ensure you are attended. I never had to call a room service twice for any request. Great customer experience.

Location: near to railway station, main market etc but still on wide open road with no noise of traffic. Room: ample space, centrally air conditioned, clean with work desk. Washroom: big and clean with modern amenities, food: good food at reasonable rates. Nice veg biryani, rates: reasonable tarrif for solo traveller through mmt. Would i re-book.

Though the property was very old, they have taken good care of every guest. It was very neat and clean. Service was very good. They have airport transfers as well. But on request, they can drop anywhere in the nearby market. To my surprise they had arrange buffet for breakfast, though i haven’t opted for it. Great service.

Pleasant and enjoyable stay living upto it's expectations. Shall look forward to shivoy's hospitality again.
