Shivsagar Resort & Spa

Had a very pleasant stay. The room i had opted for was specious & amazing, it has a bath tub in it which was the best attraction for my family members. The property is well located in panchgani & you can easily reach all famous locations with ease, like kingsberry is next to it, mapro is 5 min by road, major points are nearby. The food provided by them is also very good. Right from check in to room service to staff, everything was smooth. The pool is small though it's neatly maintained. The balconies / deck area of the rooms are enjoyable. Play are is a huge plus point for kids. There is adequate parking space available for vehicles. They also provided free (working) wifi which worked with great ease. Overall it's a very fantastic experience. I personally liked it & surely going to visit it again & again.

It was an excellent experience while staying in shivsagar. The property was so good. The room was quite nicely cleaned and maintained. Room service was promoted. Food was very tasty and there were so many varieties for breakfast. They are also offering strawberries and fresh vegetables which they have grown in their farms. They are also building new rooms which are also quite specious. Overall, it was a good experience. And we will prefer this for our friends and our future trips.

I usually do not give reviews but this property and staff are worth appreciating. We stayed for 3 days, the property is clean, well maintained and the property is very beautiful. Swimming pool is kept clean. The staff is very nice and polite. The Shivsagar Resort & Spa makes sure you get the service properly. Very good service. The monarch restaurant serves very delicious food and the breakfast served had a big buffet and various dishes. This place is worth visiting.

The location of the property is a bit far from the main market of new mahabaleshwar but that actually makes it convenient to visit the different points and also the points of panchgani. The stay was very comfortable and the check-in and check-out was smooth. Make my trip made it sure that we don't face any problems during our Shivsagar Resort & Spa stay. The food was delicious except for south indian dishes and the breakfast was a bit expensive.

I had a delightful stay at shivsagar farmhouse! the food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat. The musical night added a charming ambiance, and the game room provided enjoyable entertainment. The swimming pool was a refreshing amenity, enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with excellent amenities!

Shivsagar resort is at panchgani and near to main road. Resory was very good neat and clean. In resort they have small children play area which was good also they have in door games activities as well. Food quality was ok. Need to improve. Staffs were very helpful and service was very good, fast and responsive. Near property there is jungle safari for kids which was good. Overall good.

Location is best for those who are not looking to stay close to the main market. If you are rravelling with kids then the place is the best as aves world is at walking distance and mapro garden is just 5 min away. Ambiance is quite serene. Hospitality is great. Rooms were big and bathtub was cherry on the cake. My kid loved it a lot. Breakfast was excellent had limited but tasty food.

we stayed in shivsagar resort and spa on 13th october 2024 for a day. the experience was awesome.. would like to mention that this was my second stay here. i liked the Shivsagar Resort & Spa experiences in previous stay, so that's why i booked the same, and the second time experience of staying was beyond expectations. it was definitely 10 out of 10. would like to visit here again 🙂

The property is very good we have stayed for couple of days and it was wonderful experience and staffs were very cordial and helpful, over all very comfortable stay only issue was with the food. The indian mains we ordered butter chicken the portion was very less rest all were good.

Very good Shivsagar Resort & Spa and the food most important catering staff is very polite and well behaviour with guest handling kid with no i go great.

It was a great experience. Initially i booked a suite over a phone, but they forgot to allot in their system hence i had to move to other lower category room. Still it was great experience as rooms were neat and clean. Also, the staff was very supportive. Special show by adarsh bhilare in the evening was cherry on top. Highly recommend.

The stay in shivsagar resort near bhilwr village in mahabaleshwar is superb, we like the restaurant and all services including breakfast, food. Staff is helping

The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, each offering stunning views. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Food was really delicious.

Shivsagar resort has old and new building. I get room in old building which need maintenance work. Veg food and breakfast is very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good and cooperative staff. The photos shown are different. There are two types of building old and new. We thought the premium rooms are in new building but it turned out to be old. The bathtub is too old and unhygienic so we didn’t use it

Room with balcony was big and spacious. Swimming pool was clean and tidy. Hotel staff was generous and quick to service. Hotel restaurant food was good.

Loved the Shivsagar Resort & Spa. Rooms are specious. Location is nice. Hotel staff is very polite. Veg- non veg both good is delicious. Like to visit again.
