Shobla Royale

We koved the stay specially the hospitality provided us by megha bhai (cottage manager. We felt as home. He humbly talked and help us with everything we need. We really appreciate his help. 1. But just one thing we really felt something about is welcome in the Shobla Royale ( when we reached in Shobla Royale jakhu vibes, shimla not very rich Shobla Royale but the welcome was the best-est ever they gave us a welcome drink. 2. Water -they were providing water on price in botel now about the hote 2. Room- beautiful rooms everything was awesome tv, cattle, bed, beautiful view etc. 3. Bathroom -clean, hot water, cold water, toilet paper, towel, soap etc. Good & clean 4. Hospitality- service was quite good they were providing stuff on time 5. Food - was not very tasteful as price but one thing also that outside u will not going to find good quality food 6. Location - in mid of market but not noisy place specially u can find just oustide of the reception dominoz & theatre i highly recommend this Shobla Royale

Ours was a short stay in shobha royal e and we stayed there for a day. The staff was very cordial and helping and took extra efforts to arrange a room heater as one of our family member got sick due to change in weather and was feeling cold. The food quality and quantity both were excellent along with nice preparations. The property is a bit old but has a vintage look to it. Given, it's in the main town all shops and conveniences are nearby. There is also a multiplex in the compound where you can enjoy watching movies in your free time. Overall, i will highly recommend this Shobla Royale given the budget, comfort, location and staff behavior

Our stay was awesome what a guest require when they enter to the property warm welcome, neat and clean room mostly staff behaviour, warm and tasty meals, all type of meals are available, nice lobby area, wash rooms are properly clean, we have enjoyed bone fire, specially nice view from the room, out 1 night stay was experienced like haven on earth. We definitely recommend other to come and stay & we will sure visit again.
Our stay was perfect, hygiene maintain, temperature chk, without mask no entry, good food, rooms were neat n clean, overall our stay was unforgettable. We recommend other to come and stay.

The customer service of shobla royale is just amazing. Pizza hut, multiplex, taxi stand, bank, bus stand all are just nearby. All the staff members are good and very polite specially Mr Kavesh Sharma manager, he is an asset to the Shobla Royale. He helped me in my all booking adventurous works be it paragliding or river rafting or booking taxi. He took utmost care of customers. I Will surely visit this Shobla Royale if I go to Kullu.

We had a great trip to Kullu. Instead of going to Manali preferred staying in Kullu which was indeed better as it was less crowded and my family loved it too. Hotel staff was very helpful. Mr peter guided us well during our stay and ensured the things were in place. Loved the food specially the yummy tandoori trout fish. Shobla is a must stay when in Kullu. Great place in the center of Kullu with nice Valley views.

We decided to take a stop in Kullu due to the Long traffic jam in Manali. Turned out to be a great Shobla Royale with Mr peter and his team who guided us well. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a great view. Must stay the food was yummy. Kudos to the chef. We loved the tandoori trout fish and sizzler. They also have dominoes and a multiplex in the complex. Highly recommended.

Stayed here after a Long journey from Delhi. To start with the staff was very courteous. Mr. Sunit peter made us feel very special. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was really awesome. It came as a surprise to find gourmet burgers and naanza on the menu. Loved the Indian food for dinner as well. Overall a great stay. Kudos to the entire team at Shobla Royale.

It's been a good stay in this Shobla Royale, lovely hospitality and groomed staff, specially kaveesh sharma Shobla Royale he is down to earth by behaviour, he helped us allot while we have a stay in this Shobla Royale, i will definitely recommend this property to my colleagues and friends for future, last but not list kaveesh sharma u are the charm of this property.

My stay at Shobla was really good. It is situated in the heart of the city, the staff was well mannered and the food service was fast and the food tasted good. Mr.Peter helped us with us our Taxi to Manikaran also. All over a great experience and would recommend my fellow travelers to try this place.

Need to improve food and tea quality. Otherwise experience is Good. 👍

Due to cold weather, the floors are cold. Need to place foot mat one outside bathroom and one in room.

Hotel location is good and clean rooms are there. But services like room service are not up to mark. Manager is good and polite. He tried very hard to solve our queries. New year party was good. Service and staff is polite. Faced electrical dump problem. But make my trip solve the case and Shobla Royale agreed to change the room
