Terrible stay – avoid at all costs! This place isn’t worth ₹500 a night. Located in a filthy, stinking lane, it’s a rundown 50-year-old residential property disguised as a hotel. The rooms are dirty, linens stained, and managed by cleaners with zero hospitality sense. Dont worry the owner of the property will only pick your calls before booking. They lock the gate at 10:30 PM and treat guests like intruders. Deluxe rooms , with filthy dirty old pilows and cushions, AC leaking and not cooling, geaser doesn't work...... This isn’t a hotel, it’s a mistake. As someone who lives out of hotels year-round for work, I urge you: don’t waste your time or money here. Even booking portals won’t help once you're in.

Good stay if you need to stay in heart of city, homely comfort, antique furniture, in wall cupboard, iron type but comfy bed, good in house cook, price moderate, shovabazar metro train in walkable distance hence you can travel anywhere at very low cost. Seafood is famous in this area, famous seafood outlet nearby mitra cafe 100 years old and superb taste. All important offices within 5 km airport distance is just 11km. Popular attractions nearby. Lanes and roads are narrow but this guest house road is accessible for o la, uber. Overall good value for money if you like homely stay away from noise but within city.

Bathroom was too much dirty, it's drain pocket area is full with garbage. I will never like to stay place like this thanks. Dirty dustbin with full garbage kept at the entrance of my allotted room

Very good for family stay. Clean rooms, staff behaviour good. Tea quality and breakfast delicious. Located in the heart of the city. Walkable distance to the metro station.

Room are clean but bathroom looks old and dirty, inf-act everything looks old here staff are rude so as the owner 0% on customer satisfaction

Well maintained guest house. Room was neat and comfortable. The staff is courteous. They gave me a higher category room free of extra charge. Locality is a quietmiddle class suburb. Recommended for small families too.

Very poor service.

Bedsheets and rags were not very clean.
We did not get the room on time which we booked. When we entered in the hotel, the manger asked us to get settled in a different room. According to his explanation, the booked room was then under some maintenance. And this construction process took almost 3 hours.
