Stay was good and staff attitude was bad. in particular that lady receptionist was very rude and unkind. After escalating it to the General Manager some amount of change was there from other people. There was no hand towel and i asked for it. There was no House Chappal and i asked for it. There was no Electrical Kettle and i asked for it and go it. What i did not ask for it and missing in my room was Shaving Tumbler to save water and it was missing. As usual the portable Fridge was empty, and backside switch was turned off. These people are one step above. I had booked 20 Rooms for our function and this was the apathy i faced. Only consoling fact is that they gave early checkin and late check out. Avoid Second floor and 1st and fifth floor rooms were much better.

Its a good maintained property, Rooms are clean, neat. Food is upto the mark. Rooms are way spacious, kept clean and comfortable

Poor service and maintenance. Flush was not working in the toilet, main door locking chain and door locks broken.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and had a very disappointing experience. I had requested an early check-in because I needed to get ready and leave for the office, and the staff even told me the room was ready—but they refused to give it before 11 AM. I even offered to pay extra, yet they still said it wasn’t possible. The attitude was rude and unhelpful. When we finally got the room, it was in terrible condition. The room smelled awful, and the bedsheet, pillows, and linens had yellow patches and were stinking. I was shocked to see such poor hygiene. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has a 4-star rating on MakeMyTrip. Based on my experience, it doesn’t even qualify as a 2-star hotel. The staff was unprofessional, the service was bad, and the room quality was unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a great stay at Sarovar! The rooms were neat and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Mr. Neel. Thank you.

Property location is great The mattress could have been more softer The rooms furniture might need an upgrade

On day one - no towels were given. On day two when we asked .. one towel was given and booking was for two persons.

Room bed was comfortable, staff is nice n warm. But the room quality is quite avg. teh window looks into the waste mngmnt shoot.. so don’t expect any daylight. Food at the restaurant is also avg.

Cleanness is average, Bath towel, linen etc are old and blackish etc. Breakfast was good. Expected better quality from the brand operating the property

The hotel was very ordinary dirty, price was more compared to the hotel. Bad experience

I checked in only to get a room which had dampness on the wall and paint was chipping off. The room was smelly and suffocating. I asked for change of room only to be given a room which was equally bad and there was construction going on just adjacent to the property with lot of noise. It was unbearable. Staff was not co operative too. I left the property immediately and asked for refund which the property refused. Its a third rated very old property which is ill maintained

I had stayed at Sarovar Portico at Jp nagar bangalore on 28/08-29/08 When I was checked in on that the receptionist told me that all room are non smokable rooms please don't smoke , I said fine But in the next mrg I was smoked half cigarette in bathroom for morning schedule and when I was checking out time they asked me did u smoked in the room , I genuinely answered, YES! I was and on that time they told me to pay 2000rs penalty for smoking, when I was checked in the room they didn't told me if u smoke there will be a fine of 2000rs And I requested them it's my mistake give me some discount but they talk very rudely with my wife and they waited me 1 hour in reception area with my wife and they are not supposed to ask please pay and don't repeat and I was ready to pay 1000rs instead of 2000rs , they rejected my offer and they threatening my wife some non sense has happened almost 1hour and then I said I'm getting late for my flight and if ur OK with 1000rs I will pay otherwise I will leave from here Anyway I trusted very lot make my trip but u spoiled my opinion Just track once my booking..

There was someone’s hair on my bed. Terms of booking (welcome drink, guaranteed early check in) were not honoured. Extremely unclean restaurant.

I stayed there for almost a week, and hands down they have the best food and excellent service. Impressive.
