The hotel staff is very polite. The beach is nearby approx 200 mtr. If u have health issues they cooked for you home type food. That is the best thing.

I absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless and matched the photos perfectly, which is always a relief. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and that's a major plus for me. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I can't wait to return the next time I'm in Puri!

The property is located a bit outside the main market swargadwar area in Puri, and that is about the only drawback of the property. At the price point the facilities are good, the food is nice, Rooms are well kept and the staff,especially Sushanta is very helpful and courteous.

Nice location, staff behaviour was very good. Food was excellent. Best part about the hotel is that though it is not located next to the beach but still it has OK sea view rooms.

Good but need to improve the cleaning stuff other than that overall its good. The food was really very good and the behaviour of the receptionist and cooking stuff were really good

completely family hotel ,it's net and clear hotel staff and cook both are perfect .

The stay was really terrible in the name of service they had nothing.There was no proper cleaning,they don't change the bedsheet and keep the same towel for daily use.We were there for 4 nights and 5 days stay but in that period only 1 day they cleaned the room and that was after our reminder. And after the cleaning no bedsheet was changed and no towels were changed and when we complained again then only they gave a new towel. Same in the name of toiletries they have a Rs.10 soap and a very small bottle of bad quality shampoo.They even didn't provide a toothbrush kit, shaving kit and other things which a comparatively low cost hotel provides. Even worse they don't have any slippers in the room.Also they have lack of security because the door of balcony wasn't closed properly which was a big safety issue. The food at the hotel was disgusting but the cost of the food was high not a single day we were able to eat the food. According to the price the hotel is worse than other nearby hotels.

The room has an average rating, but the clean is proper , some item like , mosquito lequid are not full, tissue paper missing toilet paper missing hand wash liquid missing

The rooms are okay, but the staff behaviour at the time of lunch and dinner,they will keep reminding me to order food. The TV is not connecting to WIFI. The complimentary breakfast has limited food items no buffet. Apart from these the food was tasty whatever we had.

Great experience, clean room in this price range, also it is just 200 metres from the beach and the food served here is good in taste
