familyThe airport drop facility is the only thing which i liked about this hotel otherwise the room and facilities are not good. I asked to change the towel as it was having some stains on it also you cannot order food from outside and have it inside your room which is very disgusting. You either have to order food from their restaurant (which is quite expensive and the quality also i doubt) or you have it outside

Terrible Stay

It was horrible stay. Only good thing was music at reception which was hare krishna tune. Otherwise hotel dirty. No hot water, no towel, no tv remote, electric sockets were hanging out. Terrible experience.

familyVery bad hotel, staff behavior, there is nothing called room service. If you ask for something than you have to justify why you are asking. I asked the hotel staff to fix the flush of toilet, he started accusing me instead. Complimentary breakfast was something I would give to someone who hasn't eaten for weeks, it's like they are doing charity. Overall If possible I would have given them -5 instead.
