I found the property. I chose the property looking at the pictures and location. Pictures were misleading. The room has no accessories. No ward robe, no furniture, no dustbin, no clean bedsheets . Cleanliness was really poor. It is not at all a place to stay. The price you pay and what you get in return is not worth at all.

ऐसा रूम ना तो किसी को दिलाएगा और ना ही ऐसी रूम के लिए किसी को प्रेफर कीजिएगा क्योंकि ना तो इसमें गीजर है ठीक से चलता है नल टपकता है बाथरूम गंदा है और कोई भी चीज की व्यवस्था नहीं है ढंग से. बाथरूम में कोई सुविधा नहीं बेड में भी कोई सुविधा नहीं साफ-सफाई का भी कोई ध्यान नहीं

The room was clean and we three stayed there for two nights. Food served was also like home-made food with reasonable rate, and staff were prompt, courteous and attentive to our issues. The location was nicer and nearer from all major things, including 'ram temple ' with other attractions as well. The upper part of the rest house is still under construction, and hopefully, things will improve in coming days. One issue is that it is over-priced otherwise everything was upto satisfaction.
