No room cleaning. No foot mat. No dust bean. Washroom not cleaned. Existing cigarettes spotted there. It's a poor experience and I really don't know how without verification MMT is giving authorization for the home stay like this.

Bad experience,there is no transport connectivity,lot of mosquito,there is no room cleaning,no attender,no proper room ventilation,it's a village srounding,smell of cow dung,no shop and no food near-by.

Sorry for ur inconvenience sir home stay provide u the transportation as per ur choice with homely guiding and homely food if u order. And if we talk about city so home stay is on NH -19 route there is no debate about it and about the shop 24*7 with good brand us at ur walking distance and also multiple a genral store at front gate of the home stay..bht still if u face any inconveniences then sorry' next time we will be more in service Thank you

Sorry for ur inconvenience but there is two developed colony near our home stay also there is a brand bakery 24*7 at ur walking distance and home stay also provide u homely food and transportation as per ur choices..and we also adjust with the timing issue.

The place is really good nd super clean plus the service is also very good 😊 The owner himself is very humble if you are thinking to stay in mathura I highly recommend this hotel but the only problem is you cant find any vehicle from this place because it is situated near the highway but you don't have to worry because the hotel owner himself will take care of vehicle he will provide you a car or took took
