I had a fantastic stay! The room was good, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the services were top-notch.The hotel is near to all the places to visit. I came to Ayodhya to visit Shri Ram Mandir. This was the first time and we liked this hotel very much and its location is also very good.The rooms of this hotel are very good, clean and the staff here is also very good and it is at a distance of two and a half kilometers from Ram Mandir. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shri Ram Lalla Hotel, Ayodhya. I had made a confirmed booking with them, but when I arrived, they shifted us to a completely different hotel without even informing or asking for our permission. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We had chosen this hotel for specific reasons—location, amenities, trustand they took that decision away from us without any explanation or courtesy. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unapologetic when we asked for clarification. There was no accountability, no hospitality, and no respect for guests. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place. There are better hotels in Ayodhya that will treat you with the basic dignity and service you deserve. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its customers or their experience. Avoid this place at all costs.
