The home stay is very close to the shrivardhan beach. There is a good vibe around the place. It was filled with greenery and the weather was really good as we chose the month of january to travel.

The rooms were not clean. No hot water available. Overall a very poor exeperience. Lot of dust on cup board.

Rooms were bigger than expectations. Rooms were neatly cleaned, all necessary things like towels, soaps, extra mattresses, blankets were kept in advance. I have not needed to reach a person a single time. Room was big enough for couple with 2 kids. Food service was not there but a person guided me to the right hotel where proper maharashtrian veg and non veg food was there.

familyThe property and rooms were neat and clean. Host mr. Ab-hi is a very nice person and upgraded us. The property location is very good. Overall i recommend this to everyone. Don't expect to be pampered but tell your requirements well in advance.

Following are major reasons for very POOR ratings -. 1) Cleanliness is major issue - After repetitive follow ups also cleaning was not happened. No servant available for cleaning activity. 2) Facilities = Bed, Bathroom, WC, chairs etc were very old and in very bad condition. Bed sheets and Pillows are in very bad conditions . 3) Attached Halls were given on rent for overnight stay for school picnic. Abnormal noise till late night and early morning. LOST PRIVACY . 4) owner was very ARROGANT and repetitively complaining that he (Abhijit Saigaonkar) was received less amount from Make my Trip
