"Dear Guest, We are sorry to read your feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few points: Every room, including yours (Room 102), has a functional LED TV. Our staff personally assisted you and ensured the TV was switched on during your stay. The geyser in our property is a centralized system, therefore it may not be visible inside the bathroom but hot water is always available. All our rooms have a working AC, and no complaint regarding AC malfunction was reported during your stay. For any assistance, there is an attendant call button provided in the room. Additionally, we even accommodated your early check-in request without any extra charge, as a gesture of hospitality. We always strive to provide the best possible service to our guests. Still, we regret that your expectations were not met. We request future guests to kindly contact the reception immediately during their stay for any concerns so that genuine issues can be resolved on the spot. Regards, Shi Dwarkadhish Paying Guest

The biggest problem is there are bed bugs in bed. every time I go out they switch off the AC because of this when I come back to the hotel every time I ask them to switch on the AC . there was a problem regarding hot water. On the 1st day I asked them for hot water for the shower. one of their colleagues said in the AC room we don't provide hot water then I requested them to provide hot water.

First of all room was not cleaned. Amenities like geyser, water, towels etc are not available in the room. And on another day till 9 am their is water supply issue in our room. For which manager has shifted us to another room for take bath and using wc etc

Water pump stalled in the room and it start at 5 am in the morning also there are no food service in this guest house. Room service is extremely poor.
