Worst room for the cost. No proper ventilation and washroom facility, worst experience!!

Guests may describe rude, unhelpful, or unprofessional staff. The room is very congested, limitation for time

by paying 2000+ Rs. I got 8x8 size of room... stairs are too risky...even if you stay here you have to pay 200 Rs to view Ganga aarti from the hotel roof. I will not recommend any one.

Everything was very good. And the location is very much near to kashi vishwanath temple and the ghat

Very bad state of hotel, no lift, all clients like to visit since it is river side n very near to ganga arti place , n river view , no parking , no temple darshan facility . They charge higher worth , Very bad favilities should give rstings 000

No mineral water provided. very congested room and the steps were dangerous and very risky. only advantage is it is near The ghat and temple .

Horrible stay, rooms are cozy 8×7 ft water comes out from bathroom straight in the room , the host can't entertain any problems, have a smile throughout the stay but do nothing, fan not working tv not working, the list will be bigger. Their restaurant is third class, when order food then he will go to bazar and after making preparations you can't intake third class preparation. then I go to next building for lunch and dinner but then he off my room electric supply. then I cancel third day booking.

property reach is not good, through thin passage can be reach to room and foun it was full with smell. No kattle, TV found in property, It is not well maintained and small room as comperision to description given in website. Kindly check property before to book. AC was not working properly and very conjusted room. restaurent was filled with smell and no AC in restaurant. Owner was not responding to MMT team as they have called multiple time to property owner. room size is small 6×6 bed, 2x8 galaxy, not as per specification given in description.

Location is excellent. Behavior of the staff is too bad. Very poor service. The person at the reception doesn’t deserve a job there. Doesn’t know anything about how to behave.

Horrible rooms. No ventilation. Unhigenic. Inappropriate behaviour of the owner. Better rooms are available at less rate in the same area. Mmt should remove such hotels from there list.

Hotel climbing steps to high hotel staff was rude not for family stays. According to hotel ambiance price was very high this hotel was not more then 500 price and i paid 1350+ 200 extra for room change they ask for 500 for room change at 10 pm i checked in and morning 11 pm check out they told me. I ask for 1 help to kept my luggage they only help me in kept my luggage for extra time more 6/8 hour for that i can tour out side temple

Not value for money, river view rooms are very compaq, in name of river view u get two windows which are just facing to the river for the sake of it. Not an hygienic, place. Overall not a great experience. On the roof top restaurant view is amazing if you were able to climb 3rd floor through narrow stairs

Good view of ganga aarti from terrace. Restaurant facility available inside hotel. Rooms are small but good enough for a night's sleep

Location is near ghat but you have to walk a lot to reach this place as no vehicle are available there and the stairs are very narrow ans small and common bathrooms door doesn’t work and to use that bathroom you have to walk stair which are again narrow

The worst service is given by this hotel, they have not provided us water to drink, rooms are dirty, bedsheet or not clean, my friend got injured due to rusted iron available on dormitory bed, and we have shared everything with make my trip but not received any solution

The profile picture shown is entirely different from reality. Staff was not supportive treating guest like burden. Room cost not more than rs. 500.

First of all, talking about the location, it's fantastic. We actually stayed for 2 days, and we were 6 persons. Second of all, the room, its very bad. You literally have to climb 48 stairs to reach your room. It's the stairs that are so high, it's like getting milatary training. Then, the beds, they are horrible. Because the beds are double decker, and the lower bed is so hard to climb, cause it's 3 feet high! The higher bed, the stair to climb it, is 90° vertical! Third of all, there is no ventilation! There is only 1 small window in the room, and only 2 small fans, you can't leave the window open too, cause the window is big enough, so a person can enter and take your stuff! Then, the charging ports don't work and also you have to climb 17 stairs of 1-2 feet height to reach your bathroom which is shared to all the persons in the hotel . The bathroom lights don't work. The bathroom doors don't lock also . The behaviour of the hotel attendents is very rude. I have seen several dormatories but never seen so bad like this before. Overall, I give it a 1/5 stars. Please, I request, If you have a old/elder person/ heart patient with you, don't come to this hotel, you will absolutely suffer. Thank You,
