Rooms are not clean, so as the bathrooms. Door handles are broken. No support staffs for helping in shifting luggages. No daily cleaning or changing of garbage bag. All the lights in the rooms are not in working condition. Tv is not working.

Good and comfortable stay

Friendly staff members. Front office staff made the check in and check out, the most comfortable one. Rooms are clean and neat. Room services are good. Gave a quick response. Hotel is located near by Beach, ashram and shopping place. So had some time to visit those places. Money worthy. Overall, its good stay.

The manager and staffs were polite and helpful. They have solved all my requirements and helped me to visit the Pondy area. The manager specially helped me to get a hired bike for rent to roam Pondy.
