Hotel location is nice and stay is also helpul, but if you are paying good amount, there should be all the amenities, shower not working, bed doesn't have the headrest, Hot water is less

Room positions were very bad showers were not working all the titles In the room was broken not worth it at all

खाना बिल्कुल भी अच्छा नहीं है ना ही रेस्टोरेंट की सर्विस अच्छी थी पानी बिल्कुल खराब है washroom भी क्लीन नहीं थे Resort सुन्दर था अच्छी हरियाली थी

The ambience was serene. Accommodation was clean and well managed. The swimming pool was too small, dirty and needs regular maintenance. Food quality was average, not worth what they are costing for it.

This is a beautiful property with lots of positive vibes of brij bhumi. This was our 3rd time stay in this resort.

The vibes of the place are beautiful. The hospitality is amazing and staff is great. Even the owner is humble and supportive. The food is brilliant and the service too is nice.

Location of the property is excellent Very close to Govardhan ji Food pure vegitarian with out onion and garlic awesome taste Service excellent Only maintenance of rooms and specially washroom not clean I am regular coustomer since 2013

The property is well located on badi Parikrama road. Beautiful property which requires urgent attention to the repair. The room was great big,washroom was too big but maintenance is major issue.. The furniture is peeling off,the floor and washroom faucets all require major cleaning. Hotel staff say it's the water issue but do not agree fully. There was an indoor swimming pool, food did not have as had a family function to attend. suggest to eat on the parikrama as there are various local options and tea in Kulhad is just too good. The GM of hotel doesn't have courtesy to offer chair as well,so don't expect too much.

The breakfast was tasteless it needs to be improved........................... ........................

Property was good, neat and clean, staff was very humble, food was so testy, location is perfect for all connectivity, overall my experience is excellent, and I enjoy to stay there.

I spent one night at the resort with my family. I had booked their family cottage. The resort is neat and clean but there is clearly lack of proper parking space and any management of the adhoc parking space. The restaurant food was below average. Mixed vegetable we ordered was undercooked. Taste of other items was also below average.

Property is not maintained at all. Previously when i visited this property it was awesome but now it’s fully degraded. Every thing in room is obsolete, old, broken, dirty.

Overall hospitality was excellent. Lovely resort the cottage was nicely designed and clean. The staff was very helpful

When we checked in there was a power cut for 2 hours, house keeping is little slow but it is a beautiful property, little far from vrindavan
