Hotel is fine. Make my trip is terrible. I was trying to reach make my trip customer care no one was able to connect for my issue

This was a new homestay. Development still in progress. Mirrors were not there in washroom or in room. Sometimes ac stops working. Owner was good and humble and was supportive. Staff was good
