I have remained your regular client for the last 2 decades as a frequent traveler using your MMT website for my travel & stay needs, mostly domestic (inland)! 🤝 As always, your Ayodhya Shriram Palace Hotel Stay was pleasant, with a neat and hygienic room and also with courteous hotel staff. The location was also ideal. Thanks & Regards.

Regarding the AC problems in the night its too hot that time in Ayodhya but i sure that it will done by the hotel person purposely stopped AC in absence of my family we facing temp a lot i lo that time i not intrested to join you're hotel next time

You have to walk 500 meter to reach at hotel as the no vehicle go at the gate. Outer location is not very good. But it's safe the staff is good and helpful. There is no pantry in the hotel you have to go out for the tea also. Rest is fine

After confirmed booking , room was not available. So we were standing outside during midnight without any accommodation

Room size is very good. Very clean bathroom. And very good hospitality. Very humble and helpful staff .🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 excellent.

They should invest in their own restaurant and have a lift. Also they only allow local indians, nri, and oci card holders. It should be clearly advertised so those who qualify only book rooms

Management is Poor. Property is not maintained. Wouldn't recommend. No Proper connecting Roads. would initially claim to arrange someone to pick you up from Main Road but would fail to do so when the time arrives.

All is good, c lining and comfort, new renovate hotel. Hot water.

Fully wrong location which suffers us a lot to find-out the exact location with car ring heavy languages with senior citizen

I am not able to reach hotel since the roads are closed due to terrorist attack threat. I have requested for cancellation of booking. The hotel agreed for same first and than not ready to refund.

The location is misleading it is very interior to main road. However, the location given in the app is beside the main road. The charges by hotel are very much higher when compared to surrounding hotels for the same amenities.

The problem with this hotel is it is located in a very difficult to access road, with the main road in total repairs. A four wheeler cannot even make a u turn on this branch road. The hotel is newly constructed or renovated so all fittings are new and working. The bed and the linen are also new (oct 2024). However, the rooms are not noise proof and all outside noise, tv noise in adjacent rooms can be heard. Doors and windows need better sealing to stop out side noise. Presently it is almost a km from nearest decent restaurants. This property is the last point on a blind alley.

Location as near to temple but the area was not too prime. Rooms were decent and the service was ok

Location : it’s very near to railway station. But the surroundings of the hotel are very very bad. Full of drench and garbage. If you want good location don’t go here. If you want near to railway station even if it’s bad location then you can choose. It’s up to you. No amenities. Cleanness : average. Not so preferable.

Hotel room is fine but staff is not at all helping or cooperative. Zero in the name of hospitality. Firstly the location is too interior and lanes are too congested and no parking space available, we adjusted by facing so much difficulty. Secondly, they didn't help us with anything we asked for be it pick us from location as we were in car and unable to find and or carrying out luggages. Thirdly, no kitchen setup is there, they should have mentioned it prior they don't,t provide a single cutlery not even tea coffee is available. For drinking water we were only going to filter and filling out bottles

There's no kitchen or food service available but they help if you need something. Location is incorrect provided on mmt. So it's ok to to stay but not that much good

I stayed in this homestay from 24th jun e to 26th jun e morning and i must say it is a nice upcoming home stay better than most of the home stays around. The biggest advantage is its proximity to the railway station ayodhya dham and i could easily catch vande bharat at 8. 15 am on 26th june. The property does not have any food arrangements hence anyone visiting the place should have their own arrangements for food. A request to the owner: pols arrange for a small refrigerator and some crockeries at your place and if possible, start arrangement for breakfast here, as guests will really get benefitted.

Hotel is good but service is poor. They don't provide any food services we have to roam here and there in search of food. They should at-least start some food services or a small canteen so that it makes it easier for people to have something. Especially for senior citizens.

No wifi is available. No parking. No tea or coffee facility. Isolated hotel approach to hotel is not good. No towel facility in bathroom. No dth connection to watch.
