It's a good place to stay for family, couples, and solo travelers. It's a studio apartment with a large and spacious room and a kitchen with a few utensils to cook basic things. The room, kitchen and toilets are clean. There is a single swimming pool for both adults and kids which is good and nicely maintained. There is a restaurant with limited list of items being prepared for each day. The food is average, though it is clean and nice, the taste and preparation does not match the food being ordered. However, the service is quick and good. There is only one receptionist who also is the room service person in the evening and night. And if he is serving one guest, then there would not be anyone else taking care of other guests. There are no complimentary water bottles or any toiletries. There is a mini fridge and a water filter in the kitchen. There are no immediate towels in the room, but would be provided on request. The staff and service was good. Overall the stay was fine.

Rooms are bigger and have sufficient space. The room also has a sofa cum bed for single person so it can sometimes help you in accommodating more than 2 persons. I find it highly suitable for my requirement where every morning start in swimming pool. The restaurant is very much reasonable and cheaper than city restaurants with better taste. One can enjoy the stay by sitting poolside during night and relax. Very convenient to visit both calangute and baga beach as it's in acceptable proximity

Place is ideal to bachelor's, solo travellers, family and couple. Room is equipped with a small kitchen that includes mini cooking set enough to prepare breakfast/curry, prepare tea/milk. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. Overall stay is good.
