The mat was very dirty, they never cleaned the mat, mosquito and fly were in everywhere in the room and also some rats were running at night. So noisy while sleeping time. They unable to provide Drinking water for guest who are staying at hotel. And also false ceiling of bathroom was fully damaged and opened. Location for this hotel is 1 km from Krishna Janmabhoomi.

it's really a good hotel at a cheap price. The rooms are clean and spacious enough as of the price. Coming to the location, it's 3.5/5. I would like to rate the quality of the food as 4.5/5. The service is good too.

Very bad experience in terms off service provided. when we reached, were given 2 attached rooms, one of the room was extremly smelly and thy changed it to diff room. next no hot water for 2 days we stayed as they had some geyser/solar issues..they did not bother to fix it for 2 days we stayed. even though staff behaviour was ok, 2nd day thy provided hot water in buckets..very saddening for the amount paid. overall bad experience for the amount paid.. you get lot of better options in same locality.problem is we had paid mmt whole amount and hence could not cancel also. mmt cust care told us thy will contact property for refund on 2 nd day stay so that we could stay elsewhr..no one called us back. overall pathetic experience

Not bad. but can be improved.

The top floor of the hotel is still under construction. We could smell cement in the lift and paint in one of the rooms. The road in front of the hotel is also being built with foot-paths. Lot of private travel buses stop in the evening causing traffic congestion.
