Terrible Stay

The hotelier denied my stay at his hotel. He said he had already cancel-led my stay around 7pm in the evening, while i have exam next day. He denied on the basis that he don't book room at such price. There was no electricity at hotel and it no proper location to reach there. His both numbers were switched off. I would request to duelist such fraudulent hotelier and complaint should be lodged against him. No thanks
