The hotel was full of mosquitoes and no proper service plus rooms were not clean. Wifi not working properly. Tv was not working. Had very bad experience. Toilet were not cleaned when we checked in the room. Overall a very bad experience

the hotel doesn’t have any professional set up . staff is having no knowledge on hospitality, food is ridiculous. they don’t have breakfast available at hotel as kitchen is shared with someone. they order food from outside . room service is pathetic. rooms are not having even the basic facilities such as exhaust in washroom ( it stinks ) , no kettle, no tea bags and no mugs …

soloThis is not at all for a stay . How has approved this as a hotel to stay . Very unhygienic, unprofessional staff, basic necessities such as cattle , mug, tea bag , etc not there , breakfast comes from outside street food vendors.... food what they cook in hotel for dinner is pathetic....washroom stinks as there is no exhaust fan , water taps are broken and many more which doesn’t qualify this as a hotel or place to stay ..........

Very bad experience. They even don’t provide complimentary drinking water on second day. No disposable slippers. You can’t get tea before 9:00 am. They have no in house kitchen. Breakfast is supplied from their own restaurant located outside on main road. Rooms are ok. They deserve scale of 2.
