Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Front desk executive was not aware of the booking. Took me half an hour to get my room sorted after speaking to multiple people. Didn't get a chance to have food. Restaurant services starts post 07:30am.

Excellent resort. Rooms are good and specious and clean. Restaurant is very nice and food quality is good. Rates are very reasonable for this quality resort. Very convenient for people boarding Ro Ro ferry.

Great place to stay within budget near ghogha port. If you are visiting western gujarat, i would highly recommend halting here and continuing your journey further.

Despite booking the location 15 days in advance, we did not get enough facilities in the room. There were no doormats outside bathrooms, no shampoo. We had to ask for everything. No pro-active service. There were no covid safety measures observed. No temperature check, no sanitisation.
