Silent Creek Resort & Spa

The service was exceptionally great and location was good with a waterfall nearby but the rooms and nearby surroundings were not well-maintained. Walls were falling apart and furniture had moss on it. Shower was not working, had to wait for more than 30min to get it repaired. None of the rooms have AC or TV. Lot of waste littered outside the room with overgrown shrubs. We paid around and breakfast was also not included. Overall it was not worth the price.

Excellent service of the saff also quality of food excellent the ambiance is also good. Treatment of all staffs very good. It was a good experiance in my life. Thankyou. In Wayanad i suggest Silent Creek as a best resort.

Location was amazing /: just wow ,, but very poorly maintained ,, food was pathetic , better to starve rather having food ,, both in terms of quality & variety it was worst ,, room was good , hot water was not working , it was raining / quiet cold , we ended up taking cold water Ba’ath ,, except location nothing is good ,, such a good property & such an utter waste management Location & ambience was excellent ,, Food was pathetic , Choice of food , variety of food & taste ,, all were pathetic ,, No hot water in the bathroom. ,, they tried to fix , but it didn’t ; we ended up taking cold shower in a such a chilly & rainy weather , it was our 1-day trip & we left exhausted,, felt very very bad about everything,,

Pathetic stay at the resort. No in-house restaurant available and only limited options available while ordering from outside. Issue with WiFi which keeps on getting disconnected and no mobile signal available as property is remote.

We had a very disappointing stay at this resort in Wayanad. From the moment we arrived, things started going downhill. The room had no AC, no TV, and absolutely nothing to do on the property. It felt more like a rundown guesthouse than a relaxing resort. The room was in poor condition, with a foul smell that made it hard to even stay inside comfortably. It was clear that the place was badly maintained — dirty linens, broken fixtures, and an overall neglected vibe. To make matters worse, the food was horrible. We were expecting at least some decent local cuisine, but what we got was bland, poorly cooked meals that left us hungry and frustrated. Overall, this was a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this resort unless major improvements are made. There are far better places to stay in Wayanad.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend (Hotel Name) for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service.

The property is nestled amidst a thick forest and rooms have a breathtaking view. However, the big drawback is rooms don’t have AC and it gets really hot and humid in daytime. Evenings and nights are cooler and hence manageable. The food is good but with limited options. Staff is endearing. Overall, a nice experience.

Location is good. Very accessible. Just a km from main road. Though its not far away from town the property feels like a secluded place inside a forest. Food was decent. Not much amenities. Average room with good view. Room feels very small. Room looks very old. Room service were good

Excellent location, beautiful experience. The front office staffs and house keeping all were cordial and accomodative. we loved our stay it was very peaceful and memorable experience.

The stay was very pleasant and the staff was very helpful. The view from the room is really good. The stay is located near attractions such as en ooru tribal village, lakkidi view point etc. The stay has very big windows opening to lush greenery which gives a very pleasant experience in the stay. Even though the room service was good and prompt the food menu options were limited.

Missed silence, food was below average and it was too expensive. Activities are not satisfied but the weather and nature was nice

Resort location is really good, we had booked a forest room with balcony and the view was worth it. However, monkeys are a definite problem so can't leave any food outside in the balcony. But the service is pretty good and prompt, with regular reminders about food service. We had gone in the xmas week, so rooms were a bit pricey. Food was ok most of the times, but no local cuisines as such. Overall would recommend this place

A lot of monkeys and leeches. We had to cancel our stay as one of us was afraid of leeches and monkeys.

The property, rooms, cleanliness, amenities are very good and close to nature. Had a good time spending over there. But the hospitality is poor. Got irritated when they serve pathetic food and you are not allowed to bring outside food. Apart from this complain everything is good.

Poor amenities and service. Ambience is good. Even the manager didn't respond to us even after raising many complaints.
