Room was too much casual. Warm water for bath was not available at the moment. Room service was average. It doesn’t look like hotel room. It needs renovation and maintenance. Overall it was average.

It was a good experience staying at silk inn luxury, everything was properly arranged, but there was no system of food and it's arrangements as no restaurant or fooding facility was available only staying at the room. Rooms conditions was good.

Bedsheet are dirty and room is also not ready, no water and handwash provided. After complaint they remove the bedsheet
