Room was having some old smell. Blankets were little stained. Lift stinker. But the staff were polite.

There is no good vibe in the room of this hotel and the blanket is also bad, the mirror is also broken and there is nothing special in the AC, it feels like a nightmare

The property is good and managed by good experienced staff but the price is high according to their room and their amenities and food is good and the room service is also on time after just making call they easily give response to the guest.

1. No intercom working. 2. We have to dial mobile number at reception every time. 3. No iron available. 4. Zero watt bulb in washroom. 5. Bad smell in bedding. 6. Toilet was very dirty. Plastic stool was also break. 7. They demanding charges for toothbrush also.

Hotel atmosphere is not good a lot of distrubance was there whole night noises was there. Bad experience. No hot water in winter also.

The ro wasn't well maintained. There were stains on the bed sheet, the bed sheet was dirty, food is okay okay, it's like the food given down in the wedding hall is same served + we got greece stained towels.

Very bad experience with this hotel. Washroom is pathetic no towels n tissue paper. Bed sheets are used one. And no water bottle in the room.

The rooms are good and service also good. Has a quite large parking space. Staff is also good. Food also was nice.

Property of deluxe room was poor, No free dental kit, shaving kit. Washroom didn’t have any soap nor did have exhaust fan, lift was under repair room was on third floor. So stay wasn’t so comfortable was asked to park vehicle outside plot even though there was enough parking
