Very nice stay and nice staffs. The balcony had a tea plantation view which gave the fog and wild bison view for us. even the staff(unni ettan) suggested some hidden spots for us rather than usual lake and pine forest in ooty which wre really good. and they even helped to jump start my car when the battery was dead. I'll recomment it to everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at Silver Bett Resort. Great views, lovely weather, food made with love!! You will be so close to nature that you can see wildlife around the premises; we saw wild deer, bison, rabbits, and some exotic-looking birds (that happened to land in the hotel premises one evening and stayed there for quite some time). We went there for our vacation and were met with a great family (the owners, the chef and his family, and the staff). It was such a heartwarming experience that we are already planning our next visit there. I want to extend our special thanks to Mr. Ravindran, the owner, and his son, Aakash, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even made special home-cooked meals for us a couple of times. Chef Manoj, his wife and their absolutely adorable kid, Krish, were very kind and made us feel welcome. We applaud Gagan for his awesome service and how he accommodated our every little request. Despite the language barrier, Mani and Unni also were very helpful and I really appreciate all the support staff. We are sure we have made some amazing relationships that will last a lifetime and for that we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

This is the second time we have chosen to stay at the silver bett resorts. It is located beautifully and amid-st tea garden. Peaceful stay. We chose the 3bedroom flat. There is a small tea factory and tea garden which you can explore. Food is good and kids friendly. The way to the resort initially is a bit narrow but connects to better road after 100-200mts. If lucky you can spot indian bison, deers and boars. I highly recommend the property.

The place and view is too good. Worth to visit. The bad thing is the bed cover, towel are not cleaned and if you asking for fire camp they will charge double the room rent keep negotiating then they will come to one day rent as fire camp charges. If you want fire camp you need other (who is staying in the another rooms) permission then only they will arrange it seems.

The property is inside the tea gardens, away from the city crowd. Very peaceful place for a holiday. Nice lovely rooms and the staff are also very friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel had exceeded all expectations. Situated amidst lush green tea plantations, the location was truly enchanting. The staff was exceptionally cordial, always ready to assist with a welcoming demeanor. One notable highlight was the snacks available at their shop – a thoughtful touch that added to the overall positive experience. The variety of food options was amazing, with delicious offerings catering to diverse preferences. The breakfast was a particular standout, featuring a delightful array of flavors. The combination of a great location, warm hospitality, and a superb balcony view made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Great stay, comfortable and clean rooms, great location in the tea estate, good parking space, gated hotel, safe, decent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Only minus was side road which leads to resort us not lighted which makes it difficult to drive during night times. Definitely would come back again.

The resort was very good and away from hustle bustle of tge city. The drive from the city to the resort is very good. The food was very good and the staff very nice. The only point of improvement is the quality of the rooms for the prize charged. The rooms can be a bit more cosy.

The resort is in good location around 15km away from ooty city. The place is very calm and surrounded by tea plantations. The rooms were not well maintained and the blankets were not washed. The free breakfast option had only 2 items to choose from and the same repeated everyday.

Room was good with tea estate view. But location is awesome. Service is also very good. This property is away from city which i prefer. Overall very satisfied with the stay

I was initially skeptical about this property but trust me this resort is located in the best place of the hill station. You get a decent room with tv, heater, king size bed and a worthy balcony view of tea garden. Complimentary breakfast menu is limited to idly dos a and bread omelet. You have ala carte to choose the menu additionally. The service staffs were very polite and friendly. Overall a satisfied stay here. Though it's in outskirts of ooty still 11 kms is not difficult to reach from the room.

Location is amazing, you will feel wow as greenery and tea estates are around. 11km away from ooty center. Hospitality is good, staff is friendly. Rooms are good and clean. Breakfast is not good as we opted for complimentary through mmt, they will have idli, dos a and bread omlet. Idle was kind of okay but dos a and omelet are not great. I would suggest not to opt for complimentary, order directly there. Kerala pa-rota is must try along with any veg or non veg curry. It's delicious here. Chapati was good. Fried rice and chi-ken starters are not upto the standards as we ordered egg rice and lollipop. Calm, pleasant and peaceful place.

Room condition was very bad, no hot water for bathing, soap and handwash were also not provided.

One of the best resorts in outskirts of ooty, the main thing is their location. It was fantastic and marvelous. Highly recommend for the people who are willing to stay outside of city.

Though being around 14kms from ooty, i found it as one of the best place to stay that is quite and close to nature. There is nothing better than a morning tea between tea farms with a good mountain view. Also food is quite nice. *

The best stay i ever had in my life. The view was really amazing and the in house restaurant food was also superb. Even the staff was very nice, specially mr shashi kumar, he was very nice and gentle person. Definitely a stay to remember.
