Silver Line Retreat Hotels location was too good, it on separate hills away from crowded and peace full location, property is good can spend days weekends, but no wifi to carry on office work and more over mobile signals are low and most of the time not reachable, food is average, safety visit it's good with cc & security, lot of parking space for vehicles, Good thing is it's Pet friendly Silver Line Retreat Hotels , extra bed which was give is not comfortable my kid struggled to sleep, Silver Line Retreat Hotels location is scenic you can see beautiful sunrise every day with lot of photography options, bonfire with music is good. Silver Line Retreat Hotels management need to improve & take care of room service, heighine of beds & towels, food Quality can be improved much

We stayed in this silverline retreat Silver Line Retreat Hotels s in kolli hills. I think this is the largest resort in and around kolli hills. The rooms are good. They have a very nice park where we can relax and spend good times with family or friends the resort has room service as well as in dine at their restaurant the food is not bad. The service is good especially one particular person named srinivasan is very good. He is full of energy and hospitality. We stayed for two nights and we feel very good about our stay at silverline reytreat Silver Line Retreat Hotels s in kolli hills please note it is difficult to get internet connection inside the room.

Very comfortable and good food and hospitality. Excellent architecture. Very kind and friendly people in the cadres. The total design of closed garden with stage, four different stone structures with hanging gardens and flooring, sit-outs with wooden structures, beautiful lawn and fountain deserve our appreciations. Food was tastier and the quality is also good. But pricing is slight higher. Complimentary breakfast is unlimited. Overall a memorable place to stay in the middle of the scenic beauty.

Stayed as a group of 20 including elders and kids. Hotel is in a good location and the infrastructure is good. But they seem to be short of staff and had a difficult time managing the peak load. Any request for service - like ask for towel or blanket took a lot of time. During breakfast/lunch also there was a long wait during peak load as food was not getting refilled in a timely manner. Hot water was not working in all rooms and had to be turned on based on request. Food was ok but expensive.

Overall it's a great place to stay with your family, you will get tasty foods and all the items are yummy. Cost will be bit high. Huge space for car parking. Very spacious resort to walk around. Cleanliness in rooms can be improved, includes bed sheet and floor cleanness. Don't believe on the swimming pool part. It is just a small fountain beside the rock. Complete disappointment for kids. It was not clean as well. No mobile signal for all the networks. Except Jio.

The stay was comfortable but the service at restaurant was very slow. The food was decent but the price was on the higher side. Room was clean and the washroom was quite ok. There was no swimming pool and what is mentioned as the swimming pool is just water stored in a large cement tub. It was also not very clean with leaves floating on it. Otherwise, a decent Silver Line Retreat Hotels to stay with very limited options available in Kolli Hills.

The stay was awesome. The location of the resort is fantastic which gives a mesmerizing view of the valley. The resort staff even provided an early checkin without charging us, which most of the Silver Line Retreat Hotels s and resorts doesnt do. The food quality is also good. The room ambience and cleanliness is maintained perfect. The most welcoming thing is about the garden in the centre which is so soothing.

The location was absolutely breathtaking. A treat to eyes. It’s was beautiful maintained. Nice gardens to troll upon. Food was yummy and tasteful. Service needs improvement. Hygiene of the retreat was good, but certain place need improvement. Hotel staff has a very good knowledge about the tourist places to visit. Wireless view point was beyond expectations, absolute breathtaking spot to visit.

It was a good experience but only thing is swimming pool is not available.

View point from the resort is extraordinary. Food also very tasty and service is also good. Excellent maintenance of garden, car parking. Etc.

Scary and damaged path to drive

Stayed with friends. Rooms are very neat and clean and has large spaces. Location of the Silver Line Retreat Hotels is good. Breakfast has less items, it can be more. Services are good.

Without doubt probably the best Silver Line Retreat Hotels in Kolli Hills. Even though few shortcomings are there like malfunctioning elevator, no paid channels in tv etc

Very beautiful peaceful entertainment comfortable stay

Booked for 5 person but only 4 bed but another bed laid in floor and no space in the room if we put the bed. What is the use of bigger place and lawn room is small and not sufficient for people and no fridge etc. No medical facility and no courtesy call to customers and the phone no given is booking is switched off.

Very nice location and neat rooms. Food, ambiance and facilities are top notch. Only con is the time taken by restaurant for food delivery and takes approx 45 mins. Need to plan accordingly and order food.
