Property needs immediate maintenance wall paint - light fixtures - seating covers- hardware on door

This property is way too overrated and overpriced for what they offer. It’s located right on the main road with the pool facing the road. The villa and the pool are too dirty to be used. The rooms were fine but filled with mosquitos. Even if you shut the doors to avoid them from entering, the ceiling is open and the house was filled with thousands of mosquitos. We couldn’t sleep because of this. It was not worth the price at all.

Good location, good food, safety ok

Not a worth. staff very rude , property worst , odour in rooms , towels , bed sheets , things from 1st damaged , bathroom fittings are broken , leakage , no security, not at all worth what was charged , it’s just fooling people . Before check-out time staff troubled from 8am to check out before checkout time that is 11 am . When there was 15 mins left still staff came and started cleaning when female were in room and when luggage was in rooms. Staff was very rude in talking after telling them that 15mins left for checkout still they didn’t cared and replied back in rude way .

The property is very well located, with an exquisite swimming pool. The staff was extremely helpful, maintaining the cleanliness standards. This property is highly recommended for a group of 4-6 people, and has quite a few eateries nearby. A must visit villa according to me )

Had a pleasant stay with family. Pankaj as a host was superb. Recommended for family/groups/friends & couple.
