the resort's location is nice, right on the beach.. it's located outside the city, thus scenic beauty is ample.. I found the food menu limited, but that might just be me.. Service wise, they are below par with a lots and lots of scope for improvement.. first of all they are extremely slow whether it's room service or anything else.. we went to the pool twice and both times there were no towels.. The first day we waited for 20 minutes for towels but finally had to leave in wet clothes. The second day thankfully after waiting for approx 10 minutes the towels arrived. all in all, due to the location mainly, the overall experience was above average the resort's location is nice, right on the beach.. it's located outside the city, thus scenic beauty is ample.. We were upgraded to upper category. Had the awesome hospitality. Served fresh food and taste was amazing. Location of the property is great. Beach and sea view is amazing. Highly recommended. Property is a little far from airport but super peaceful

3 star hotel, price is too high as compared to amenities......

No water was available from morning. Couldn’t bathe properly. Staffs were callous on raising the issue. There was jacuzzi but without availability of water. Absolutely disappointing.
