Silver Sands Hideaway

My trip was planned from 15 to 21 september, and i booked for silver sand hideaway deluxe room ( bigger then suite, so i was contacted by property management, he informed that due to some maintainence work they will shift me to silver sand serentiy. I was surprised, when i reached Silver Sands Hideaway location they where extremely reachable and 100 mt away from candolim beach, 2. 8 km away from sequeirm beach with all the shops near by including atm, temple, medical shop etc. So, my stay was comfortable i was given room with huge balcony, working jacuzi and clean hygienic room. My tejas, helped me a lot right from location to arranging with scotty. I am glad i chose to stay at silver sand serenity because of good crowd, helpful staff and safe environment. Only thing which i believe can be improved is adding more variety in food menu and food bill payment via card machine or addition of it which can be cleared during check out.

We had a pleasant stay as the room was very spacious and comfortable with nice roadside view from terrace. Pool is good and clean. Staff is very cooperative and friendly, good housekeeping and room service on call. Hotel is at a good location at 2 minutes walk to candolim main road market having all good restros and 7-8 minutes walk to the beach. Food quality was just average. Overall very good experience and would prefer again for stay with family
Safe locker was not working. Bad lighting. Good size, bed, towels were descent.

I had been here earlier and decided to stay here in Silver Sands Hideaway again and it was the same perfect experience as expected. The staff is polite and quick in their response. The standard rooms are also large enough. The only let down is the breakfast buffet which has a very limited spread and there are times where you end up having just corn flakes or fruits as the only veg and non veg item is disliked. Also the swimming pool is clean at any time of the day. Overall a decent stay here.

PROS : 1. Great location, in Candolim. Nearby to many street shops, restaurants, even to land casinos. 2. No other Silver Sands Hideaways in candolim provide Pool, Buffet breakfast and this big room for this price. 3. Breakfast varieties was good ( more menu for South Indians can be planned ). Has a travel desk. Lunch & dinner was also good. CONS : 1. Amenities and Toiletries aren't enough. Not even Dental Kit was provided. Travel desk is expensive ( try with some nearby travel agencies.

We were three friends who stayed at the Silver Sands Hideaway. The location is great as you will find everything from a medicine shop to restaurant right at the corner only. Candolim beach was 5 mins away from the Silver Sands Hideaway location. The room was spacious enough for 3 people. The Silver Sands Hideaway has a clean pool and overall infrastructure looked as if it is newly built. The only issue we faced with the Silver Sands Hideaway was their service which was slow at times.

Room was specious and clean. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working. Also the ceiling fan wasn't having enough speed. Hence we asked manager to shift us in another room where air conditioner will be in working condition. Manager arranged for the same. Room service was quite slow. Breakfast was good and had different options. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Hotel is nearer to Candolim beach.

We booked two suites. The rooms were quite big and clean with separate dressing areas and balcony. Breakfast menu was good and had options for all. We also ordered from Silver Sands Hideaway restaurant. Food taste was very good and portions are sufficient for two people from one dish. Pool is well maintained. Hotel service was little slow and sometimes had to call multiple time. Overall we had a great stay.

Silver sand Hideaway Silver Sands Hideaway best decision for stay at candolim. Best restaurant walking way. Beach. Market. Baga Beach hardly 12-15 min distance for night life. Staff very cooperative. Helpful. Daily room washroom clean. Safe for girls, we were 5 girls. All day night no problem to visit Silver Sands Hideaway food is good. Swimming pool clean. Best service best stay, best center place of Goa.

The odor from the room when you first enter it. It sucked big time.

Hotel rooms are clean and ambience is peaceful plus we had our own small gallery to enjoy the tea and snacks with the outside view but the thing that makes it a good place to stay are the staff. Wifi available.

Room was spacious and clean. It had an immaculate washroom. Room had a balcony with chairs and table from where you can enjoy the view. Swimming pool was really clean and well maintained. It's near to Candolim Beach. Overall the stay was delightful. Will stay here definitely if I visit North Goa again.

It's was really good location near by places like beaches market good for tourists. Hotel staff is friendly. Complimentary breakfast is also good. Totally good experience.

Overall it's a nice place to stay. Staff (Jessica) she is indeed very helpful apart from her there was another staff who were not literally helpful. Food was good. Just some things which need to attention.
