Silver Sands Serenity

The property is very well maintained and very beautiful, rooms were clean and all basic amenities are provided. Service could have been better, as they provided 2 bottle of 10rs for 1 day stay and extra bottle you have to order from their restaurant where they ask for money upfront, could have been settled during check out. They cutoff the ac in the reception area if you are waiting there for sometime for your next travel which is quite weird for a Silver Sands Serenity business. The complementary breakfast is way below expectations, no variety and taste. Swimming pool at terrace timing is 9-6, which is not making sense as at that time people would enjoy it on a beach not in a pool.

Rooms are spacious and is located is excellent close to candolim beach , close to good restaurants and shopping area near candolim beach we had the breakfast at the Silver Sands Serenity it was OK not that great but for sure not bad we had bad experience on first day as there no hot water, but it was fixed by second day, and again parking is really bad very limited parking slots and we had to park in silver sands hideway parking which is stinking and again limited slots i recommend this Silver Sands Serenity for the spacious rooms and location

Location is bang in the middle of the market. The road outside is pretty busy, and you will find it difficult to cross it. Lot of food places nearby, most of them do not service local cuisine. The beach is pretty far away, almost 10-15 mins walk, and not 2 mins as mentioned on mmt. Rooms are spacious, clean. Toiletries are not provided unless you ask. Buffet breakfast spread is limited, but whatever items are there, they are tasty. The Silver Sands Serenity seems deserted most of the time, there is very little buzz; but is safe to stay.

The Silver Sands Serenity is located right on the candolim mainstreet with easy access to beach, newton's, shopping, restaurants, and casino on the candolim street at walking distance. The front facing rooms are good on the 3rd floor and above with foot ball ground view. The rooms are spacious though the property seems old the cleanliness in room and washroom was good. In room dining has very limited options and the prices are high. Overall the stay is good if you are looking to stay on the buzzing candolim main street.

Excellent location. Market for essential items is nearby. Also, lots of very good restaurants are on the same lane. Restaurant food is also nice. Beach is also nearby. Rooms are spacious, well managed. The highlight of the property is the rooftop pool which gives you a perfect view of the sunset. Rooftop offers great views of surroundings and is a great place to chill. Overall, very neatly managed property. Highly recommended.

Some staff are really good. No doubt the property is very good. But too many norms in the Silver Sands Serenity. Eg. Cutlery not allowed in the room. Not even a spoon they will provide. The pool access time is very less. Nobody is going to swim in the sun coz the pool is on the roof and aftr 6 the pool closes. No staff is there to attend on the pool

The location was very good. Well maintained property. Has a lovely roof top pool. Had a small issue with bathroom hygeine which was promptly resolved by the housekeeping. Overall we had a great experience. They should offer better rates but considering my stay was around christmas, i can understand the price hike.

Very good location & very nice swimming pool. Mr. Prabhu salgaokar & his staff was making sure everything was prefect. The staff was friendly & courteous. Rooms were comfortable, clean & elegant. Jacuzzi in bathrooms put a cherry on top. Keep up a good work. Highly recommend for families. Thanks!

Hotel located at prime location with really good property. Some areas of improvement are breakfast menu is very limited and pool area is not maintained.

They didnt clear the problems like there were small crockroachs all over the room and hot water was not coming in evening

This Silver Sands Serenity is on the main road & it has a pool on the terrace. Rooms well maintained. All accessories were available in bathroom.

It was a pleasant stay at the Silver Sands Serenity, services are on time and good, the only downside is you need to pay the food bill immediately when the food is arrived, you might feel irritated
