1) we stayed for 3 nights. Cleanliness was good but care taker did not clean the rooms for entire 3 days with his own. We have asked him to change the bed sheet and clean the room and dustbins. This may be because full day we used to go for site seeing and return at night. 2) we have not tried food so can't comment on food. 3) there were no soaps, towels etc. Provided. On 3rd day, care taker said that we should have asked these things. 4) there were no hangers provided for the cupboard. 5) although description says tv is available, but there were no tv available in the room. 6) since the weather is cold there, they should have provided an option for drinking hot water like kettle or something. 7) surrounding is good.

Silver shadow is small homestay and you don't get feeling of excitement when you enter and no facilities and not recommended

Very bad rooms and high amount, not worth for that amount nothing facilities totly waste home stay

It's a descent property situated very close to hireko lake and not very from city. The surrounding is very peaceful and you feel like a forest type environment. The caretaker is friendly and arranged bonfire every in a rainy season. Overall experience is very good. Totally worth of money.

Very badly maintained rooms - too many insectects n lizards- they aren't hygienic- very dirty beds n blankets - rather dont ever choose this place

I have traveled with my friend. Rooms are good. Coffee plantation around gives feel good experience. They offering night dinner at a certain price. Non-veg dinner. Looks good.

We had pleasant stay at Homestay and enjoyed a lot.

Stayed for a night. Location is good, peaceful and just 5 km from city. Room is also simple, clean and comfortable. Arrange your own food as food was not great. Will suggest to improve the quality of food. Suited for short stay with friends. Not recommended for family.

Booked all 3 rooms for my family, went in finding 2 rooms were enough and left the 3rd room unused. They asked if they could let it out, I agreed. Then the nightmare started. A bunch of guys checked in, drank in open and started howling all night. All my family members including kids couldn't sleep. I felt terrible for booking this. The owner did not pick the call after trying for more than 10 times. We almost booked another hotel to move out, as it was a late-night and would have been risked. Checked out at 7 am in the morning. Learned a lesson for life.

Expected more options in food

Dinner of panner masala , rasam and roti curry excellent and room service person taken well care.
We liked to food and prepared well on time and location was very good no disturbance since we occupied the complete place. Camp fire was good.

Food was pathetic. Room service very bad. No cleanliness. Dirty toilets. Noisy place.
This home stay is not even worth. Dirty rooms, no hot water. No cleanliness. Noisy surroundings. No discipline. Caretaker was drunk.

The locale is great. Ideal for huge gangs on weekend gateways.

They charged high but no good facilities over there. Good thing is its located between trees and night campfire is good. No lunch or dinner provided. They are not ready to prepare food as per our requirement. The guy helped with his bike to get the food and charged for that also. Don't expect more an average stay.

Location is good, food is average due to less number of people we stayed (4). Only one person is there to clean and serve food. Cleanliness is average. Many powercuts during day times. UPS is available for night usage. Value for money. Locationwise better than Silver palm retreat. I will stay here next time only if I don't get place in other homestays.

We had a good time for 2 days, It was a memorable trip, done lot of adventures stuffs. The location is good, you have all the nearby places. The food which they provided, we didn't expect that yummy food. Rooms was very clean. They will keep you to happy by providing five star service

The Homes stay location is good, but service is poor as there is only one person to serve and clean. Don't accept 3 star or 5 star kind of things its a decent home stay ample of parking space is available overall experience was good. Food not up to the mark
