Comfortable stay, good quality bed, cupboard, etc. Hot water always available, bathroom basics like fresh towels every day, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, comb, shower cap, etc provided, complimentary 2 mineral water bottles every day, free room clean every day, big swimming pool with balls to play, paid bar beside swimming pool, restaurant quality is very good and price and taste is better than what we can get outside. Free breakfast buffet included multiple cuisines. Prompt reception, restaurant team, room service team. Friendly and cooperative staff. Total value for money. Paid mini bar in your room.

I Am very happy with the service and with the staff. Each and every person was very polite. They seriously give instant service of everything. I visited there with my wife it's a family and couple friendly Silver Shell. If u want to buy a Scooty than it cost u 300/and it's almost 1 km far away from Calangute Beach. Front desk staff and cleanliness staff awesome. Lil bit parking issue is there if u are having your own car. Overall the best stay and keep it up. Want to visit again.

This is one good Silver Shell at a very decent price. It's almost adjacent to KFC and close to all beaches. Room stay was comfortable and staff behavior was very good. However I feel the breakfast menu was very limited as I have stayed in many other Goa Silver Shells. On one day it was poha and poori bhaji. Next day it was chole bhature and upma. So breakfast for sure can be improvised. People at reception were also very helpful. Thanks.

Hotel is just ok type, rooms are not good they have old type of property, wash basin water is not going even in bathroom we ask they said will do tomorrow, but we have only one day to stay so happy for that, swiming pool is good but they ask for proper, breakfast is just ok. No service and menu is too short even we have to ask for water every time and they take too much time for that. Bar is just a show piece nothing is good.

The Silver Shell is very well located with all tourist sites easily accessible. Getting out from Silver Shell brings you to main Road and market area whereas once you get into Silver Shell, it is serene. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Asmita and Aiyan on reception and Raj Kumar the bartender and restaurant guy. Strongly suggest staying here, especially for the first timers to Goa

Travel with group of friends and kids. The rooms were good. Service was quick. Food was also good. Enjoyed the stay. They maintained swimming pool quite well. Also milk and other things as per kids requirements were made available. Enjoyed the stay. Good and pocket friendly Silver Shell.

Undoubtedly it's a beautiful place to stay with all facilities of average but only issue is with regard to food, food is not tasty and the prices are exorbitant, we had informed about it to the staff as well. Other then that every is fantastic about the Silver Shell.

Hotel was good Staff not so efficient Asked many times about laundry facility in Silver Shell there was no response at all When asked about our booking with Silver Shell a day before the response was that we didn't had any booking for that date

Very cooperative and excellent staff

The family room is pretty good, with kids you get a duplex bed where kids can sleep on the top. Very near to the beaches. Happy stay. Food is average. I prefer to stay here on my future visits to goa.
